“The preparation and the test are both excellent. It’s time-consuming, but that’s how you learn. Now I have the certificate, but unfortunately it turns out that CruiseVision is only interested in taking advantage of camera operators. You pay for everything out of pocket in advance, and then, just a few days before boarding, you’re pressured into signing a contract that doesn’t honor any of the agreements made beforehand.”

“recently completed the STCW online course and was really impressed. The whole course was easy to follow, clearly explained, and straightforward from start to finish. Everything they promised, they delivered . The modules were well laid out, the instructions were simple to understand, and the platform worked exactly as expected. “Overall, my experience was good. However, I was disappointed to find that my date of birth was incorrect on the certificate, even though I had provided the correct information during registration. When I contacted support, they initially asked me to pay $10 to correct the mistake, which I felt was unfair since the error was not on my part. Fortunately, they later corrected the certificate without any issue. In the end, the experience was not too bad, but the situation was a little disappointing.”
