Good day, sorry to hear and we checked our system. You passed the course on the 7th of July and your certificate was mailed to you the same day. Perhaps something blocked your mail or it might have ended up in your spam box. A simple mail to assistant@stcw.online instead of a 1 start review would have been nice as we take customer service seriously. Kind regards, STCW.online team.
