“The course was good but it's bad that you couldn't skip or rewind the videos. Also instructions were not super clear and the fact that you need to access the course through another website after buying complicates things. In general it was a good experience except these things.”

“I found the course to be very good and informative, thank you. However I found it annoying that there was no option to review chapters individually without having to start at the beginning and go through everything again, therefore I just gave up. Providing the email to contact for a hard copy of the Certificate would also be useful, as currently it states click on this link and then tells you to email for the cert but does not give which email. Also in the Document of Completion for the personal info it asks for POB and COB, English is my first language and I had no clue what these abbreviations stood for, I took POB to mean position onboard and left COB blank. This obviously is not needed as you have this information from peoples id if they provide a passport but perhaps this should be highlighted somewhere. I rated 4 stars because of the points above. The course I found very good just those few admin quirks... thank you”

“The plus is that the course is convenient to buy and can be completed quickly. The quality of information is useful but ofcourse very dated. The part I don’t like is charging 25 euros extra for a hard copy of the certificate stamped and signed. This should be included in the price as it’s not cheap for what it is.”

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our course content is updated regularly, approved by several Flag state authorities and audited with intervals by them. You also may find our pricing to be quit competitive . Our certificates are mailed as PDF and may be printed by the participant at any time.
