“Everyone at STCW.online are fab not the sharpest at responding (ie immediately) but from my experience they always get back to you within a few hours too 12 hours it would be good if they had a live online chat available. Lots of courses available from home or wherever you are in the world in comfort without travelling to a classroom to be told something you might already know. I've done many of the courses due to change of industry and requirements and I've used STCW online for years always a pleasure”

“A very convenient system. It took me much less time than I expected to complete the test and obtain the certificate. The support service works very quickly and helps to resolve any issues that arise. I will recommend my colleagues to use the STCW Online service.”

“Only suggestion which cost me marks to be deducted was the 10 second to answer the questions is to little, i would suggest increase it to 20 seconds which will give me enough time to read the questions and possible answers, or alternatively display the question first for 8 seconds to read it properly then possible answers for 10 seconds. Reason saying this i am a slower reader to fully understand what is being asked”
