“Basically, you pay for having the papers and that's it. The course is super bad. The fact that this is approved by the NE/EU is embarrassing. The costumers service tho is very professional, kind and friendly. I had a problem and they were very helpful”

Good day. Dear Anonymous, we are sorry that you feel disappointed. The Security Awareness course you took meets the international IMO standard and is indeed approved by the Netherlands authorities. Netherlands/EU-approved STCW certificates meet the highest standards in the world and are accepted on a global scale. But STCW.online is always open to suggestions.
