“Did 3 courses, CroMgm, CriMgm and PS. On CroMgm module I experienced a crash in the brief chapter questions (don’t recall which chapter, maybe second to last chapter!?): I had answered 5 out of 6, all correct, when pressing next (for last Q) it showed ’exam failed’… Was able to go back with arrow though and second attempt worked. There was also one Q earlier, about handling crowd who does not speak crew language - it showed ’incorrect’ when I chose the alternative which read something like ’can use help of pax knowing work/crowd language’. I do NOT think this is wrong! Activating crowd by assigning help tasks can have a calming effect too. For simple short messages, why is it considered incorrect to get help from the crowd’…? There can be confident good help in the crowd too. For CriMgm - I don’t see really any major difference to the syllabus of CroMgm. Why not combine these two? For PS… it was not the ’PS’ I had hoped for, more on pax assistance, but was more a RoRo stability/cargo handling course - not bad, but not what I had hoped for.”
