“Please make your certificates to look more professional & aesthetically acceptable. Also, provision of hard copies should come with the course cost automatically. Most employing companies want hard copies and I think once the client completes the online course then immediately you should forward them the hard copy to their stipulated address without delay. Thank you for your comment Vusumzi! The content of STCW certificates has to be according the approving authorities. Design is always a matter of taste, some prefer an old fashioned style and some prefer a modern style

“On my point of view it will be useful to do a short assessment at the end of each session where the student can see the right and wrong answers. This to be more prepared an be able to achieve a more higher result in the official assessment at the end of the course.”
