“Shoes were too big, my sons fault ordering too big. Just waiting for the smaller size or refund. Not totally sure which one to expect!”

“I would give a maximum rating to STB but 3 out of 5 stars for the Sketcher boots. They are good quality but, have skimped on the comfort, the insole is rubbish. I have replaced this with a comfortable one. they are much better but not as comfy as my other Sketchers, shoes and boots. I would think again about buying Sketcher safety work boots and I would shop again at STB.”

“Boots arrived safely, promptly, and when they were "supposed" to! I always wear Grafters boots so I knew what I was getting product-wise: hardwearing, solid, comfortable footwear. Hopefully this pair will be has durable and as long-lived as my previous ones.”

Dear Joel, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear your parcel was delayed in arriving, the Royal Mail Industrial Strikes did cause some delays in certain areas of the Country, so I do apologise. We did speak to you on the telephone and explained that if when they arrive, you have no use for them, we would gladly accept the pair back for a refund. I am sorry to hear the boots were not as expected, fit/comfort can very much depend on an individual's feet, and you are welcome to return any unworn item for a refund if the purchase does not meet your expectations.
