“Loved the boots but they were too big. Sent them back, marked the paperwork in the box for an exchange to a smaller size and got a refund instead! Not impressed, that makes the return process farcical. The postage label even said they were for exchange…?”

“I originally ordered a pair of dealer boots size 12 and when they came they were too big, I sent them back to get exchanged for a size 11 but I’ve had a confirmation email stating that I’ve ordered a size 3”

Hi Clancy, Thank you for the review. I am sorry that you aren't happy with our service here. We always inspect items upon receipt, as part of our thorough returns process to identify any problems with returned goods and unfortunately, on this occasion the pair was returned with clear signs of wear. We cannot accept worn items back as per our returns policy and the level of wear found on the soles would not be consistent with an item only being tried on inside, to check for fitting/comfort.
