“I ordered waterproof labels for use on reed diffusers but they smudged terribly. I have ordered the same material label from another company in the past without a problem. I also paid extra for proofreading but sadly was not told that the labels would be unsuitable. You cannot contact the company by phone which was a real hassle as I had to raise a ticket and wait. They did reply quickly but were not prepared to offer any help nor answer some of my questions. As a result I have had to let a client down and am severely out of pocket. As a small business I rely heavily on offering exceptional customer service…. Unlike Sticky things!”

The labels came and are very very tiny indeed, would someone not pick up on this and check they are the right size or just do them anyway!”

The goods were sent out and refused at the address, we have a photo and GPS of the confirmed address. Not really something we can control if someone at your premises refused the delivery.
We'll setup another delivery fee on your account to pay for another delivery, we have them back with us now.
