The online process was easy and intuitive and the product was just what I wanted for the best deal. There was an alert that there might be a delay due to a small, overworked staff and some large commissions underway, but it was no longer than I have come to expect from any online print run. Even the choice of delivery company was a good one and there was full tracking and communication. Thoroughly recommend.”
