As a novice using the service for the first time for some novelty printing I paid for the proof at £5 to ensure no mistakes. Vicky came back with an adjustment and advice and I approved quickly and easily.
From approval to arriving at my door was exactly a week despite the repeated messages on the site of how snowed under they are and not to contact for updates, so a very good service to n my order.
