“I wanted to set the record straight -- we had not received a reply for requested accommodations photos for a trip to Greece, and gave a poor rating; after learning that the tour operator was located in CA and delayed by the wildfires, we have been contacted by both Stride and provided photos by the tour operator. Very impressive response, considering the circumstances!”

Thank you Pamela. After you find a trip you like you can become a member of Stride. As a member, many trips are eligible for a rebate if you reserve the trip through Stride. Some of the companies prefer to have us redirect you to their site for booking but if you are logged in with Stride first then you will get credit if you book online. They are based in Northern California and with the recent wildfires many of their staff were either directly effected or volunteering to help those that were, causing response delays. “Stride has a fantastic website with so many travel/tour companies. I was searching across the internet for information on a trip to Guatemala that would include a stop in Copan, Honduras as well as include Tikal in Guatemala. It made the task so much easier and faster. The search parameters are impressive. The website also exposed me to so many travel companies that would have taken forever to locate. So much information on the web site. The travel rebates available sure don't hurt either! Their web page now occupies a permanent place in my "travel" bookmarks.”
