“I love this web site! We travel a lot, so their "compare trips" feature is very helpful. The brief overviews & thumbnail sketches make it easy to compare to compare apples to apples. The web site is loaded with information, and if you can't find the answer to something, you get an instant response with a friendly person on the "Chat Now" feature. Looking forward to collecting the rebate offer once we finalize our travel plans to Madagascar.”

“Great concept. Site has far too much "stuff" on every page, which is overwhelming. Find a better way to segment things like itineraries to make it easier to read (i.e. truncate dialogue and add 'continue reading' CTA). Viewing on a newer mac OS and Chrome browser, some of the text is overlapping (screenshot attached). I love the stories and detail, and see a lot of potential for the site to grow, and it's obvious that your team is working on it, hence the survey. I'm looking forward to seeing this site and c company continue to grow!”
