I bought a hairpin TV stand to put into an upmarket apartment. As I was fully booked with guests for about three months I only opened the box today. What a horrible item. Not at all what I expected as it was just roughly finished Shutterply that I could have made for a fraction of the price. My fault for not checking the quality earlier as it is past the 30 day return policy. So disappointed in a terribly overpriced item that could have been better made by my 9 year old. A total cheek to even sell this product. Don’t make the same mistake as I did by not carefully examining the purchased item ASAP. No problems with the order and delivery.

I ordered an item and almost 2 weeks still did not receive. Drivers add a false update daily saying there was no recipient however my helper is home. My building require access code nobody called for access code. I called the call centre they now close my request and still no delivey. Horrible service

I received the totally incorrect item, I have contacted them via the website contact option. The automated reply gave me a ref number as well as stating that they will respond within 1 day. It is now 4 days And still no Reply!!!! This was my 2nd superbalist order and definitely the last. NEVER AGAIN Numerous customers have complained of receiving incorrect items and then to get it sorted is almost impossible...DISGRACEFUL!!!

I ordered from superbalist two items, delivery was timeously done, however the clothes didn't fit, it took them forever to collect the items. The driver who collected was very unprofessional, he kept getting lost, kept buzzing me and sending WhatsApps, I wasted a lot of airtime calling him, he was so arrogant, didn't want to use GPS told me he knows the place like the back of his hand🙄...long story short I'm still awaiting my refund after a whole month after they collected the stuff, I've enquired with emails, but NO RESPONSE...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I have placed this order and you have cancelled my one order for my Green sneaker of SAUCONY ORIGINALS. Superbalist.com have not notified me about this matter and I really need this sneakers not you 10% off next order because you guys have failed me numerous time and I kept my cool, so you better deliver both items on the 3 feb 2020.

Save your time and money, if you get an order you are not satisfied with, they will not collect it but only lie about reaching you and you not being available

I ordered 3 items, one did not fit returned it only to be told they do not accept my return as the item was dirty! Send me pics but unfortunately I don’t have a magnifying glass to look for the dirty marks so couldn’t see them! Buyer beware! I escalated it 2x but you have no recourse for returns! Make sure you don’t want to return anything!! The yellow circle is supposed to show where the mark is?

I have experienced the worst service from Superbalist. Never again. I ordered on the 6th of December they keep on changing the delivery date. It was heading to January still no order delivered. The customer consultants are unprofessional with bad attitudes treating you the customer as if you did something wrong. I spent close to a R150 airtime calling after them. The drivers are rude and Incompetent before I can confirm my address over the phone they put the phone down on my face. No sincere apology nor compensation.

Do not use Superbalist during December and holidays, the drivers are incompetent! The drivers usually call you when they arrive but now they get to the complex and leave without attempting to call. My order was scheduled to be collected on 20 December and still has not been collected! This is my last order from superbalist!

I have been waiting for a delivery....dates keep changing for no reason.I am on leave and I have to leave JHB until January.Superbalist has been delaying me🙄🙄🙄.Today I'm giving them until 2,after that I will need a refund because I ain't wasting my leave in a place I don't want to be because of their poor service. If you order from them on an offer/ discount, be sure they'll cancel and blame inventory issues. And you'll see those exact items available for purchase directly after the cancellation. This has happened 3 times on three different orders over the last two years. Another tactic written in Luke's (Founder of Superbalist) business plan: Try to drag out an approved return by not collecting... for a month. He reinvest the money and the longer he can have your cash in hand, the more money he makes. Please boycott this fraudulent company.

Poor service. Delivery was supposed to be done at 11am, ended up waiting the whole day indoors, couldn't go out cause I was waiting for a delivery that never happened. At around 7pm got a sms saying the delivery has been rescheduled for before 8pm which never happened again. I'm never using this stupid online shopping platform again. Highly unreliable!!!

If I could give them zero stars I could. I am a frequent shopper with Superbalist, and am currently extremely unhappy with the service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday, needless to say it wasn't. No one is able to tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. I am going on leave in 3 days so I wont be able to get my package. I ordered well in advance, so there really is no excuse. It is very concerning that no one can tell me where my package is. This will be the last time my family and I buy from Superbalist, I had a whole Christmas list in my basket and deleted it, I will rather brave the malls then not get my items

ordered some furniture for a weekend delivery. only one item out of 3 had been delivered. no one could assist or give me a reason why or an indication if and when the remaining items could be delivered. after numerous emails and assurances that the refund will be made, I have not received any proper feedback. this cannot be legal.

I received sneakers, fitted it and logged a return/refund the same day and placed it back in the box. Did not even fit both shoes. They picked it up on the Thursday, mailing me on the Tuesday saying that they won't refund me my money as the shoes are dirty??? And no phone calls, terrible client service. They won't last long with this unacceptable way of doing business.
