“I ordered a Timberland shoe which costs R1959.00 , the amount was deducted from my account , when I arrived at the pick up point , I opened the box which has a loose seal while inside the pick up point and found a Converse box with a used pair of Converse inside the box , I immediately called the head office and all I was told was they will escalate the matter , I refused to accept the package and left it at the pick up point after logging a return!! Now I have been robbed for my money R1959.00 and I have nothing to show for it except a few emails all saying the issue has been escalated !! Is this the way Superbalist is supposed to conduct sales and service to rob and defraud customers and more frustration occurs when they just do nothing about their pathetic service!!! I ordered the item as a gift and because of the incompetence of Superbalist I had to go to a Timberland store and buy another shoe while Superbalist has my money and just refuse to make an effort to properly solve the issue as easy as it was for them to deduct the funds from my account and send me utter rubbish!!! Beware … Don’t use Superbalist my experience with them only show me a bunch of thieves !!!!”

“I have purchased 2 pairs of Converse All Stars from Superbalist. I also have other pairs from converse and Edgar's. I have them for years, no damage except for the colour fading with occasional Washing. The 2 purchased from Superbalist don't fit like my other pairs. The material and look of it is different and how I know it's fake is because the inner linings of the show has come out. I have converse for 10 years and I use them regularly, not once have the inner lining or soles come out. My pairs are only 2 months old and they are already deteriorating. Definitely Fake, Definitely won't purchase again.”

“The Narcisso Rodriguez perfume I bought is definable fake. I bought the same perfume last year from Edgar's and it last almost the whole day. So disappointed. Now I know why your perfumes are so cheaply priced. Very very disappointed.”

“So i bought 2 x Davidoff perfumes for myself and my wife from superbalist as they were on special for 50% off. The package came and when i opened it the mens box was sealed. The womens one had no plastic around the box and there was full fingerprints all over the bottle. My purchase for these items were R1268. When my wife sprayed her one there was no smell at all. When i opened my one and sprayed it there was a smell but lasted not even 5 mins! The smell was gone and these are designer perfumes!!! I then logged a return on the superbalist app stating that these items were not up to standard as i have the same perfume which i purchased from edgars 2 years ago and the smell lasts the whole day. My return was cancelled and i was instructed that there is no returns and refunds on these items because they were used. Firstly how do i prove that my wifes item came unsealed? Secondly how would i have known that these items would not even last 5 mins??? I have lost R1268 on a purchase which i feel is counterfeit goods. Dont ever buy perfumes from superbalist because they are scam artists who will take your hard earned money with no remorse!!!”

“Bought Converse from them 2 months ago, they began to wear out in two months although I only wore them occasionally. I don't think they sell genuine sneakers. DON'T PURCHASE SHOES FROM THEM. THEY ARE FAKE.”

“I bought a few items from Superbalist and return some, I have been asking and asking for my refund, I am told it's processed but the money isn't in my account. It's a lot of money for me and so disappointing that I am treated like a scammer when I want my refund that is due to me.”

“I bought a Superbalist brand set of black winter pajamas for about R570 and judging by that price it should be good right? Well A LOT of loose threads were exposed when I got the product and more and more are visible each day. The fabric is incredibly thin and cheap and it’s poorly made. Do not buy from Superbalist.”

“I ordered and paid R4798 for two occasional chairs R2399 each on the 3rd of April 2021.On the 5th the order was cancelled and said these been an error the chairs were sold out and the will refund my money. On the 7nth I got a refund of R2399 I sent an email and attached my bank statement that I got only refund for one chair. They sent me a screenshot of what's suppose to be proof of refund for both chairs and I should wait 7days if it doesn't reflect on my account I should go to my bank and ask them to track both refunds which I did The bank said if the money didn't reflect on my statement then the money wasn't received I got back to the fashion assistant and she said ascalet the matter to finance department, I'm still waiting for feedback from them surprisingly another lady is experiencing the same thing with her refund”

“I orderded a return on a Tshirt in exchange of size in February 2021 when the tshirt arrives for delivery i did not check same time when i get home i found that the Tshirt is too dirty and even looked like something was chewing it i then return it again for refound even today i am still waiting for my money.”

“I was so disappointed witg the service o received i was suppose to receive my order 29 December 2020 and to date 5th January i have not received it. Spoke to different consultants without any help worsr tge first consultant by the name of Sibongile.. she has been promising to return my call and give me update without success. Very pathetic customer service i must say”

“I ordered a Nike sneaker and it looked fake and had uneven stitches everything was just wrong, so i returned it and they refunded me so i ordered it again the 2nd time thinking i would get a better quality but no it came back even worse. I just logged a return, i just want my money back, i will never order anything from them ever again even if the everything they are selling is 10c NEVER. Superbalist has lost a customer.. So disappointed in you guys”

“Initially, I was super impressed since my parcel arrived 3 days after I placed the order. Only to find they sent me the wrong product. From there everything went sideways. They took a week to come and collect the wrong item. Only a week after THAT did they let me know I can expect my package in another week. So so so disappointed. Can't wait to finally receive the package for real.”

“Worst company ever, up to so far I've ordered 4 things ,of which my last order I picked up today is totally fake because it doesn't look like what I saw on their website ...I ordered a navy blue Gstar raw shirt ,but the order I received is a navy blue shirt with watermarks on the shirt, and it's like it was just printed ....FAKE!!! ...I'm very disappointed and it was my last time ordering from you guys”
