“Ordered a pair of espadrille wedges. Within 30 minutes of my first wearing them I had nasty cuts on my heels from the sharp metal exposed on the inside of the eyelets. Unfortunately you get what you pay for, and at half the price of competitors it’s no wonder they are shoddily made. Cheap finish is a hazard to wear. I’m going to have to wear plaster/ tape and try alter the shoe to be more comfortable (and less SHARP!) very disappointed!”

“I placed 2 huge orders with Superbalist and I've been unable to track these purchases. I've sent several emails and I have evidence via emails by their agents assuring me all is well & that the orders are will arrive by a certain date. There has being no updates and the orders are being skipped. Now their have stopped responding with me completely & their apparent helpline is never answered. I'm about to lay complaints with bank requesting retrieval of these funds based on fraudulent activities.We pay large amounts of cash upfront on trust. Next step will probably be criminal charges against the agents who have assured that my orders are trackable online. This is also complete deception.”

“To date I haven't received any communication regarding my order. It said delivery 23March and its the 5th of April and still no communication. The app doesn't help much under tracking my order. The last update I got was on the 21th of March @ 14:19 "in transit to distribution hub" That's it! lask week I went to take a lot delivery point and they listed the parcel as "short received" yet you guys went and said the DC claimed it & STILL I don't have my parcel. I sent an email on the 31st, receiving an email back saying: " We have a much quicker way for you to find the help you need using our online help options. Visit our Help page here (https://accounts.superbalist.com/support) for answers to delivery, order, payment and product related questions and you will respond in ONE BUSINESS day"??????? - STILL NOTHING!!!!!! I sent an email on the 1st of April @ 11:40 and yesterday was the 4th of April and still NOTHING!!!! If your client concierge team is available from 07:00 - 06:00pm Mon - Friday, Saturdays between 09:00 - 12:00pm and Sundays between 11:00 - 02:00 pm - Can you PLEASE let me know how come to date I haven't received any communication regarding my email or parcel??? Today is the 5th of April AND STILL NO ONE has contacted me. Your landline NEVER works, there is always "something" Can someone just get back to me!!!”

“I placed my order on the 23rd of March 2022. I received an email today stating that my parcel was delivered to my address, which is not so. I tried contacting their number it doesn't work, I just want my money back now. Online apparel stores in south africa are failing us. I wish I was not even supposed to give them a star”

“very disappointing :( I’ve been struggling with bad skin since forever.. I’ve been saving up to purchase some products from SKOON Skin Care. It’s not cheap, for the budget I work with each month. Sunday evening I purchased my first couple of products!!! :) The excitement grew since the purchase, up until I received my package today. To me the packaging contributes enormously to the overall value, of the product. The package was ruined!! This was UTTERLY disappointing. My smile got wiped away. No attention to detail. See pictures below. You only as good as your weakest link!!! Not buying from Superbalist ever again!!”

“I bought something to the value of R489 and they took half of that money when I returned the item... I will never , ever shop by them again... you disgusting superblist it was the first and the very last I shop with you. “So angry with superbalist. I ordered a shoe on BF, they said that the order was being processed. 2 days before the delivery date they are "out of stock". LIAR. I checked the shoe the next day and it went back up to normal price and they had stock. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. Keep your stupid 10% off. Ugly people.”

“I have bought countless times here and the service was fast and great however now I have a problem for my refund. Many calls and emails and still no refund. They say it was done. I sent my bank statement as proof that nothing was received yet they just ignore my emails and dont reply. They say they dont have managers to speak to you or call you back. Looks like they have employed thieves or plain useless staff.”

“I wish I had looked for reviews before I purchased perfume from superbalist. i purchased the Versace bright crystal perfume on sale and as soon as I opened it I knew it was fake. The fact that they don't allow exchanges or refunds for the product should have raised red flags but we live and we learn. I'll never purchase anything from them again. if you leave a comment on their Facebook page to warn other people they immediately delete and ban you from their page”

“I bought Gucci Made to Measure Pour Homme EDT. Surely is not what I expected, the scent doesn't even last 5 seconds. Undoubtedly so, this is the fake of the product concern. I threw my money in the garbage bin. With perfumes, not certain with other items, don't buy with superbalist, their perfumes are fake. My hard earned money has disappeared into thin air. I can't overemphasise how much I'm disappointed on them but I'm very disappointed”
