I ordered lights from Super bright LEDs and never received them. I have been trying to get my money back for over a month and they will not help me. I am out $187.00, and will not ever purchase from this company again. After further searching, I found that I could have purchased the same amount and product for $30.00 elsewhere. Won't make that mistake again. Do not purchase from this company.

Purchased a set of LED automotive bumper lights and harness. Info under product description clearly states that hardware is included, but it is not. The hardware is somewhat specific and means I had to spend an extra $25+ to find the necessary bolts, nuts, and washers for the install. Nothing other than an RMA was offered after waiting for receipt of goods. Now, waiting again to get hardware. Deceptive advertising, as a minimum. Update: They have now changed their wording and removed the hardware included info, but that still did not resolve my problem.

BA9SF-WW-12VAC product, 4 out of 20 didn't work, new product right out of the package. When I called customer service the person spoke poor English that was difficult to understand. They wanted me to return the defective items, wouldn't take my word for it. I decided it was not worth my time to deal with low-value returns, I just won't buy from them again. I identified the problem: the LED units actually work but the lead that attaches to the inside of the BA9 outer base is not soldered in, just crimped and the glue attachment can interfere with electrical continuity.

I purchased landscaping lighting system with Transformer Timer. The Transformer failed right after the warranty expired and when I called to have them look into my issue and maybe cut me a little break with the cost of the new one ($139), Andrew the supervisor said "NO". He would not even consider paying for the shipping if I wanted to buy a new one. That was probably the best thing. I found the same product for $86 on Amazon with free shipping. In short, they don't care about their clients only Money. Save your time and find another company to deal with.

Broken website. Nothing loads. Is there anyone there??? Hello??? Can't even upload my feedback. It's like a team of 6th graders wrote and (didn't) maintain the site. It sucks.

Worst customer service. Post office lost package or dropped at wrong house. I am a contractor and repeat customer who has spent plenty with them. Need my lights asap for a job. Zero help from them other than buy another one. Bye bye superbright.

Driver did not work, asked for a supervisor, there is none! still waiting on a call back. not happy, would not recommend at all.

I bought two lights from them. Both have failed within a year. They are incredibly slow in their responses to emails. When the first light failed, they did not send me the female connector that allowed me to connect the light to my landscape wiring. I requested that they send the connector and they did, but it was the wrong size. After a weeks' long email exchange, they finally sent me the correct female connector. Weeks later, the second light failed. Again, it took weeks to get the replacement light and again, they failed to send the female connector despite me specifically reminding them to send it since the forgot the first time. They are refusing to send the adapter. I guess it is worth it to them to have another dissatisfied customer rather than providing good customer service. To be clear, I went through their packaging, stripping out all the wrapping paper to make sure that the part was not hidden somewhere. It's not like I'm trying to rip them off by getting an extra connector.

Purchased LED deck step lights and was extremely disappointed. I happen to be a licensed electrician. these lights came with no protective lens or even set in hard resin. instead there was a soft gel like sealant to encapsulate them. I called to complain about the quality and said I NEVER would have bought something so sub standard. How could they survive one power washing ? I said I guess I wasted my money on the shipping and was told I would be reimbursed . Well the did not reimburse my total expense. I do not care about your restocking fees I care about wasting my time and money buying GARBAGE. I will not purchase from you again and will to public review on your quality

We ordered bulbs over a month ago. They were on backorder and supposedly would be in within a week. Every week since ordering, we have received a "new estimated in stock" date. I asked multiple times when they would really be in. The other day, I asked the same via the email form on their website. Apparently, I tried to get the information from them too many times (with NO RESPONSE) because they blocked my computer from their website. I had to use my phone to request they cancel the order because you just don't do that to your customers who are looking for information on their order. HORRIBLE TACTIC TO BLOCK YOUR CUSTOMER FROM GOING TO THE WEBSITE.

Am looking for a redund. The USPS shows as if it has been delivered. It has NOT been delivered. Lexus:Unfortunately, you would have to contact paypal as we are unable to process return for the order Dan:So, you are saying that when I order something from your company and I NEVER receive it, you have no further obligation? Lexus:If you wouldn't have disputed the order with paypal we could have processed a return as you filed a dispute them we are unable to begin a return Dan:I disputed it because your customer service folks told me that they might charge my freight on a duplicate order. That is just plain wrong. Dan:There currently is no dispute at PayPal because the case has been closed. Lexus:If you wanted the order reship then yes we would have to recharge shipping charges as the order is stating it was delivered, a refund would have for all the products minus the original shipping charge. Sent wrong bulb for one car and on another car I could never resolve fault codes despite buying resistors and spending hours more on installation.
