The site said sorry your payment didn't go through. Credit card company says different. Can't call them, chat says sorry no chat. Bad service and bad business practices

I really don't recommend it. The ordered parcels do not arrive, there is no refund and contact with customer service is a nightmare, no one answers.

Sunglasses broke from new 2 years ago. I feel design fault as were looked after and not dropped. Wrote to Superdry who told me they have no repair service and it's out of warranty. Try to contact airport regarding issue. BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WILL NOT BUY FROM Superdry AGAIN. BEWARE. See below for there response.
