“I visited the Leicester branch in the high cross today. Love this shop the quality of the cloths is amazing, wish I could buy everything. I was served by Sarah, she was very friendly, great service. Need to visit more often.”

“I had a wonderful experience and service from Charlie and Isaac at the Super Dry store at London Oxford street. They were both very approachable as well as knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for an add on gift for my nephew's 16th birthday and they helped me choose the perfect one for him. My nephew really liked the T-shirt and the medium size fits him perfectly. Will definitely come back and ask for Charlie or Isaac. Truly a very good experience and would 100% recommend !”

“Darren in the inverness branch is an absolute godsend…. Can put an outfit together within minutes. Listens to what you want and suggests what would suit you, tried on a jacket today would never have thought off but was perfect, thank you Darren.”

“Had a great experience buying a top from Cambridge Superdry today, was served by the lovely Dan, we had a lovely chat & I told him I remembered when it was Cult Clothing & still have a parka coat that my husband bought me back in 2002 & still looks brand new”

“One of the best shop to buy all the winter outfits. It contains many Colours, different design, new styles. All the staff are so kind and helps with any issues . This is my 4th time in super dry and it will continue forever . I always love it.”

“I went to the Liverpool store to see if I could get a phone number for customer service as I had placed an order on line which I had not received was getting nowhere .I was dealt with by the deputy manager who I cannot praise enough, he was polite, friendly and arranged a refund for me straight away. Superdry should be proud of their Liverpool staff as everyone we spoke to went out of there way to help us”

“Was in St. Andrews branch yesterday, served by Robyn. Must admit we were treated as royalty. Nothing was too much effort, excellent customer service 10/10. Lighthearted and good light banter. Will certainly return rather than use other branches”

“We visited your High Wycombe branch today to purchase a sweatshirt as a Christmas present for our son. The staff were excellent particularly Alex, the item we required was not in stock but Alex searched your website, found the item and arranged delivery to our house, first class very caring service, congratulations to all concerned, the young lady could not have made our visit easier.”

“Brought the Microfibre duvet coat for my daughter at the Bluewater store on 23/10 , The sales assistant Shivon was so helpful rescued a confused looking lady trying to purchase a coat for her daughter , she even tried the coat on for me so i could check the fitting . without Shivon helps I would not have purchased the coat which is fab and a great recommendation from Shivon , thank you very much Shivon”

“I was so indecisive on what colour of Duvet Coat to go for but Jeff, Chris & Euan in Livingston Branch were so helpful & patient! with me! Eventually went for Black Duvet Coat! What was a nice surprise was receiving the 20% off Student Discount! Thank You to all 3 of you for assisting me in my purchase! Will definitely shop again in Superdry!”
