Bought a jacket online and like to change the size.. No anyone answer my phone from customer service after 30 minutes waiting.. send email regarding the same issues but no reply.. Never and Never shopping at superdry again..

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING! I was told by the Rushden branch that the coat I wanted was out of stock everywhere so ordered it online. When the recipe was emailed it stated a delivery time of 10-12 days which was too long because my godson will have left home by then. I Called the Cambridge store and they said they had one and would save it for me. Tried to cancel my online order and was told I couldn’t because it had already been shipped (30 mins after placing) and they couldn’t change the delivery address. Really poor customer service!

It has been 32 days since I have ordered from superdry website and not received any items or an update on delivery. The delivery tracker still shows the initial date and nothing has been updated for 30 days. Then I try to cancel my order and get a refund and I am told because they use robots in the warehouse, they aren’t able to cancel orders and I have to wait until it is delivered and then I can return it. Can you imagine that? What a crazy supply chain set up and the excuse doesn’t make sense. Horrible customer service experience as well.

Superdry is overpriced garbage. The zippers literally just break off after light use, and Superdry refuses to replace the products because they say it's the result of regular wear. The fact that they claim broken zippers are basically "normal", says enough. I'm never buying anything from them again.

Order 4 items and they have not arrived, cannot get through to customer service and no replies to my two emails, very poor service and they have now lost seven customers through me, if the items arrive they can have them back, I will have my money back, avoid buying on the internet from Super-dry.

It is almost impossible to speak to someone at Superdry. The "online" chat is just a bot with standard answers, not a real person, and just spent 20 minutes on the Customer Service line where eventually the automated voice asked me to leave my name and number as they were experiencing heavy call volumes. I left an email with Customer Services over 24 hours ago but no repsonse. I merely wish to return some items and the Online Returns Portal does not recognise my Order number, Postcode, last 4 digits of my phone or email address so difficult to return an item. Preferred the old system where a return label and summary was provided in the parcel. A customer now has to print their own label (if they can get onto the Returns system). How is that supposed to be more efficient? That system would work if there was a working, effective Online Returns Portal OR a live chat OR a person at the end of a line of Customer Services. Also the order came in 9 different parcels, some on the same day. Perhaps if Superdry wants to be more efficient (by not printing proper invoices and a returns label) they could save energy, time and money by preventing thousands of delivery men delivering to the same address up to 3 times a day. Superdry used to be great at delivery and returns. What has happened?

I recently bought a superdry jacket. I was extremely disappointed over the quality of the zip on this jacket as I was often told this brand was reliable.The zip continued to break as I used it. I am very unhappy with the quality for the price that I paid and won't be buying from this brand again.

First time customer bought 2 jackets one for myself one for my son. My jacket had correct label but the jacket was the wrong size that was just the start. Had to keep contacting Twitter Superdry to get any response. Finally got my jacket exchanged no apologies no good will gesture. First and last time shopping with Superdry. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

If I could give less than this I absolutely would. The online customer service was completely ridiculous. My initial order was placed on 3rd February and after so much back and forth, 3 orders down the line I still don’t have what is advertised on the website. I feel as though they’ve fobbed me off since the beginning because I keep getting told someone’s looking into it and no one actually reaches out to me - I have to chase it. The items are great but if you have any issues with it they’re a nightmare to speak to. I’ve dealt with a number of companies and this is close enough to the level of service you would get from a 1 star company. I've worked in customer service myself and would never think of addressing a situation in the way they have. As a result, I will no longer be investing my money into this company, to avoid being belittled by their customer service that have no respect in the slightest.

Just purchased £400 worth of cloths but put the wrong postcode!! I then realised that there is no phone number , chat room was closed - all help info said you can't cancel or update your address. If I don't receive goods then I will need to claim back through credit card - Not a nice experience and I thought they were a good brand - NOT NOW

I tried so many times to contact them simply to ask them if the jacket I had purchased was mens or womens, because it said nowhere which it was. I waited on hold in chat for 40 mins, the whole time being 3rd in the queue.. I never got through. So I sent an email asking and got no reply for days. So I wrote again and received a reply stating that they are busy and will reply in 14 days so don't send them another email!! I just want a simple answer! I sent photo of jacket and the tags and it takes 14 fkn days to answer!! But one day to tell me to not write again

Poor customer service. I had purchased a Superdry watch for my son at the Airport in the Duty Free Shop all the way in Trinidad. I put the watch on him soon after the purchase while we were waiting for our flight back to North America. When we arrived our destination, I noticed the watch band that was plastic, was broken, it was a clean break. My son was sleeping all the way home on the plane, and was very upset to the realisation. I contacted Superdry via email to see how I can get a replacement band and their response was because I made the purchase at a third party venue I would have to contact the third party venue! No where on the packaging did it specify the warranty is null and void if purchased somewhere other than online or in one of their shops. They didn't even bother to provide me with a recommendation of where or how I can get another band for the watch! Hopefully, this experience won't happen to anyone else. Very disappointed. If you are going to make a Superdry purchase, make sure you get it from the actual store, unless you don't care about the warranty. Why advertise about a warranty if it's not gonna be honored.

Darren in the inverness branch is an absolute godsend…. Can put an outfit together within minutes. Listens to what you want and suggests what would suit you, tried on a jacket today would never have thought off but was perfect, thank you Darren.

I sent back the item. Never got my refund! it's been 2 months. They keep telling me 7-10 days. it's a scam operation do not buy. US BUYERS STAY AWAY!!!!

I order a product that was supposed to arrived in 5 days which did not arrived and plus I have to wait other 5 days to contact them. I spent time on the phone 1 hour and another hours on the chat without any result. This will be the last time ordering from you.

Ordered a Christmas gift from the Superdry website. Had confirmation email of the order, and then the next day a dispatch email. Today I have received a 'Returns Confirmation' email. I did not organise a return as I haven't actually received the item yet. I contacted Superdry customer support who said that there are 'no notes' so they can't actually confirm what has happened. I've been told that the item was never actually dispatched in the first place and also that the return reason is that it was dispatched to the wrong courier. So which is it? Was it dispatched or not? Seems dishonest/disorganised or a mixture of both to me. Oh and to top it off, the item is now out of stock. Brilliant.

I ordered the mountain super Fuji coat on 21st November,it was due to arrive on 23rd November.It finally arrived on 10th December after sending emails and using Facebook chat which required constant prompts to find out what happened to my parcel. Nobody answered my phone call,I was left hanging on the line for 25 mins! The coat has arrived and the zipper doesn’t work! I will never use Superdry again.Terrible customer service and poor quality item considering it was expensive.I will have to return this item. So disappointing. I always shop online and have never experienced this.

I purchased a jacket a few yrs ago say 4 it cost me £89.99 and after only a week or so the stitching started to come away amongst other faults I vowed then never to buy another superdry jacket, until a month ago they had a big sale so I went against my own morals and bought another, well low and behold the same again , there was a big tare in the inside of the inside pocket, the stitching on the arm has started to come away and not just a little bit, cmon superdry get your act together ,for the price you charge id expect a little more than poor qaulity clothing as thats all your providing to your customers and your customer service isnt much better. 😔
