The company offered me a name and the date change for a surcharge. I have chosen a holiday in November, when the price was about the same, like the previous booking (£709.)
Super Escapes could sort it out for an extra £500 which on the lowest discount price is £430. I
don't find it ethical and I highlighted it: if I organised my holiday on my own, in that case even Ryanair would refund the flight tickets. Also the hotel would also consider the circumstances and weren't charge hundreds for the changes.
All and all I cancelled the holiday but I feel a bitter taste in my mouth.”
