When I reached out, the assistance we received from Ed was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They patiently listened to our needs and budget constraints, offering practical solutions and expert advice. Their professionalism and friendliness made it a pleasure to work with them. However, I must admit that I initially made a mistake when placing our order. I accidentally chose the wrong color for the seating. It was a bit of a panic moment for me, but when I reached out to customer service, they were quick to assist. “So my husband and I took the leap and opened our own restaurant. When it came to furniture, we did our fair share of looking around and ended up going with Superior Seating. We had a fairly simple vision: something chill with a mix of blues and browns. We told the team there about it, and they suggested a few things. Notably, the chairs caught our attention - they were these bamboo-look metal chairs. Different, but in a good way. Quite sturdy too. The tables were decent and matched the overall vibe. The barstools did their job; they fit the height of our bar and were comfortable enough. One thing that was genuinely helpful was their input on spacing. They gave some tips on how to arrange things, and it made sense, especially on busier days. Overall, the experience with Superior Seating was alright. If you're looking for something a bit different for your place, maybe give them a peek.”
