“Superprof.be refusent de me rembourser alors que je n'ai pas trouvé de professeur ni eu de cours car le seul professeur qui a voulu me donner cours voulait le faire par appel vocal mais sans image. Comment faire cours de chimie où je nai que des problemes a resoudre avec des calculs mathematiques bien compliqué sans visuel où le professeur écrit les calculs (sur une feuille, tablette, ou tableau,...) ? J'ai alors proposé au professeur dinstaller une application pour que je puisse voir ce qu'il ecrit mais il a refusé. Suis je censé retenir de memoire tous ces calculs compliqués de niveau universitaire ? Non je ne le pense pas. Et puis ce nest pas comme ca que lon fait comprendre a un eleve qui ne comprend pas un cours. Depuis que je lui ai fait cette demande qui me semble sensée je nai plus de nouvelles de lui, lui qui pourtant ma dit etre disponible pour moi cette semaine là. Il ne menvoie plus de message depuis plus de 2 semaines et superprof refuse de me rembourser. Du coup jai payé 39€ pour rien.
PS : je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite du service car vous m'avez proposé un piètre professeur qui ne vaut pas grand chose au niveau de son professionnalisme donc vous comprendrez que je ne suis pas très friande de vouloir recommencer l'expérience avec vous car daprès l'expérience que jai eu, cest soit les profs ne repondent pas favorablement a ma demande de cours soit ils ont un niveau lamentable de professionalisme donc oui je préfère récupérer mon argent tout comme vous préférez le garder en proposant ce soit disant geste commercial qui n'en est pas un véritablement. A la fin de la journee quand je fais le bilan, jai payé 39€ et finalement je n'ai eu rien en retour.”

5. 90% of the teachers don’t respond, reject class requests, charge different prices than those advertised, or offer services they ultimately don’t deliver.
If you're looking for a tutor, definitely don’t use this platform — you're bound to have a bad experience.”
