Swale Heating are Lazy Bun Rough so called Contractors I texted then on What's App I asked them to come I had no heating or hot water they asked me to go and check the gas supply they made me into a gas contractor I rang Codent Gas what Swale Heating had told me to go and check my gas supply I wS told to Report about Swale Heating as by Law it is extremely dangerous to tell someone to go and check the gas supply without the person not being gas contractor I could have blown the place yes Swale Heating asked me to go check my Gas Supply too lazy too lazy to do anything when their contractor came to check the boiler he was so rough looking with a rough looking he was in his behavior was degrading embarrassing he came into my house stood there did not want to lift or do anything ask me to move the flowers everything it was so lazy a very big brute rough looking and smell it bad shouted at me what was wrong with the boiler when I told him there was a leak is screamed and shouted at me where was elite coming from show me the leak now to tell the public was either contractor or was even contractor that was degrading behavior and extremely embarrassing doing it in my house screaming and shouting at me

I didn't want to put any stars in because i am not happy with the service we had a new boiler put in on the 5th September they were here for 13 and half hours and they left our premises without checking if the heating was working as we found out two half weeks ago with no heating we reported this to the company and we have had a few people to come to our premises to try and sort out the problem which they couldn't find the problem they supposed to make good but they broke the bath panel then hid it with a towel. also where they took the expansion tank out they left big holes its an eye sore I wouldn't recommend this company at all I want a new bath panel and the holes covered not a happy customer from Ian n18 2ne

They were supposed to install a new heating unit in January. It is now nearly November. They either don't show up, or they show up with the wrong part or they show up and say they now need to carry out an assessment to see which part is suitable. Then they tell me they will contact me, once that part has been delivered. Then they contact me to say they now have the spare part and could I call back and select option 2. Of course they know fully well that their phone system doesn't even work so you can press option 2 until the cows come home. It's an absolute nightmare trying to contact them and you will spend hours on the phone. No idea how these cowboys manage to get contracts. As others have reported here, they are totally dishonest thieves and liars

Had a new boiler put in and pipes going under the flooring, gas safety check was cancelled for the next day. A few weeks later smelt gas called emergency gas people who came out and said the leak had been there since the new boiler had put in the leak is from the pipe under the floor in my kids bedroom 😱 called Swale heating as they put the boiler in etc put me on a 24 hour call out.. nothing .. then it was on a 48 hour call out then someone turned up to turn gas off which was done by sgn the day they come out… dodgy pipe work, slow gas leak for weeks, I’ve had to chase them..said there be out today to fix it hope so as no heating or cooker Cowboy company putting our lives at risk

Still waiting for our service reports a from 2018 and 2019. Can't seem to communicate with you, messages come up saying 'oops system is not working'.

Never used this company because they have spelt their name wrong it should be S... Heating. They have a lucrative contract with Clarion Housing, and they have worked out a great scam. They are paid for emergency callouts, and on arrival will turn off any appliances or water any leaks and leave!! They will then say sorry can't stay and do any work because I have more visits to do. I don't know why they bring their tools into the house because they have no intention of doing any work. I know people who called them out many times and this is always the case, sometimes leaving their client without heating or hot water for many weeks. They don't care because they've been paid, and will continually be paid many 10's of pounds just driving from customer to customer. I should imagine if they do 40 callouts a day, at £50 each, that's £1000 a day for turning off the water tap. You call Clarion Housing and they just say we have a long-term contract with Swale Heating, and therefore we cannot send anyone from another firm. Of course private clients, would just refuse to pay them anything. The other joke is if you call the private client they say on their website they offer a 24/7 service, and then you get an email back saying we will call within 24 hours. What an awful joke of a company. I can thoroughly recommend London Plumbers and heating Ltd (07475) 011972. They will always give you an excellent service. Regards Francis

Appointment was arranged for a pm call between 12 and 5pm. Engineer turned up at 10am. Arranged another appointment for a morning call. Yet again they did not arrive. When I called them to complain they said they had sent me email to tell me that they had changed it from am to pm. There was no email. What this company doesn't seem to understand that when these appointments are arranged some people have to use holiday time from work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you like wasting your time.

A Gas and Boiler service appointment was made by them which they cancelled the week before the appointment time. They rebooked the appointment, which I only found out about, by a text they sent me, saying their service engineer would be attending the following week. I sent them back texts and emails saying it was not convenient, I wouldn't be in and "The earliest I will be available is from 19 July 2023.", but they said they had to do it on this day. Even though I had contacted them to say I would not be home, the engineer turned up and left a card saying that I was not in for the agreed appointment, AGREED BY WHOM, CERTAINLY NOT ME. The card has a new appointment date of 29/06/2023, which I told them I couldn't do. Tried to rebook on their so call portal, but said no dates were available, even before I put in a date. What is it with this company, is this their way of making money by turning up for appointments which they know the person is not going to be in and then charging? SWALE APPOINTMENTS TIME SHOULD BE MADE WHEN IT'S CONVENIENT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Some of us do actually work and can't just take a day off because you've decided it's OK for you. P.S. I did write a good review about you sorting out my boiler after nearly a year but will be amending/deleting that.

Swale Heating is completely unreliable. They claim to keep their customers safe and warm - but this could hardly be further from the truth. I have waited months for gas boiler service due in Autumn 2022. It was arranged for today. But they've just phoned to cancel and offered a new appointment in 6 weeks time.

Awful customer service . Had new boiler fitted and left me without heating, and hot water taking hours to warm up. been told I now need to pay more money for parts if I want the system to work… discussing after I was given price that I agreed to at the beginning. Keep well clear of this company

Awful experience with Swale! Our heating and hot water failed. I have a health problem and I must keep warm. An engineer came to us promptly but couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem. Its almost impossible to speak to anyone. But after hanging on for what seemed like hours on the phone I was offered a date 2 months away! Awful service, do not use Swale Heating.

Waited 1 hour & 20 mins to get through to someone, was told engineer is attending but still waiting. I ask can they contact the engineer, was told they cant at the moment. I Rung back again on hold again for now 30 Minutes, They give you an option to speak to someone on Whats app but there off line. They are an apoorling service and I would not even give them 1 star.

boiler reported broken on the 24/12/2022 was told no engineers is available by law they are required to attend with in 24 hours. The appointment was given for 28/12/2022 and they didn't find the fault and wasn't fixed .They came few more time and still didn't fix it .Another date was given for 28/01/2023 which was too late so I called a private engineer who fixed it on 22/01/2023.They are going to pay the bill for that engineer As I am 71 years and my wife 66 years and the freezing weather December & January we had enough.There engineers are worst than cowboys engineer.The case is stiil going on.

Would give zero stars if I could! The programmer to the water tank burnt out on Sunday morning, I called Swale heating and no one turned up till 8pm! Got told it couldn’t be fixed and they would order a new one. Monday morning I got a phone call to say the new one had been ordered and it will be fitted on Friday between 8am-12pm. I got a phone call on Friday the day of the fitting to say the programmer that was order is no longer available so they’ve had to order a new one! So it took them nearly a whole week to find out that out! Now iv been told about 5-7 days without hot water! With having 2 kids this isn’t acceptable! The service they give is disgusting and they defiantly don’t keep to their appointments! I don’t believe the programmer had even been ordered and they are just using it as an excuse. Shocking service! Absolutely disgusted & angry.

We have been with them for 4years the Christmas before last they finally turned up to servise the boiler on Christmas Eve an in doi so broke a nut off on in the meter box causing us to call British Gas out otherwise we would not have any gas over Christmas.this year they turned up supposedly serviced the boiler when he had gone I found it wasn’t working at all called him back to fix it a very rude man not very confident that it was done properly.customer service is no existent they never answer the phone.

Make appointments and don't keep to them - don't answer the phone, the automated phone system says to contact via web chat, that's not available either! Utterly pointless service! Nice to know they do not value anyone's time, since I've wasted a whole afternoon waiting for an engineer that clearly never was going to attend! Shocking! :(
