We have been with them for 4years the Christmas before last they finally turned up to servise the boiler on Christmas Eve an in doi so broke a nut off on in the meter box causing us to call British Gas out otherwise we would not have any gas over Christmas.this year they turned up supposedly serviced the boiler when he had gone I found it wasn’t working at all called him back to fix it a very rude man not very confident that it was done properly.customer service is no existent they never answer the phone.

Make appointments and don't keep to them - don't answer the phone, the automated phone system says to contact via web chat, that's not available either! Utterly pointless service! Nice to know they do not value anyone's time, since I've wasted a whole afternoon waiting for an engineer that clearly never was going to attend! Shocking! :(

If heating goes down you can never get to speak to anybody with out waiting at lease 30 minutes if you are lucky, appointment is made then thay cancel you have to go all though again book then they cancel again this will go on and on. Thay take your direct debit monthly but do not respond when there is trouble with heating bad company

Disastrous. New boiler installed november 2021. Never worked properly, central heating intermittant at best. 29 Engineers later still not working in spite of flushes (x2) replacement pumps (x2) numerous leaks as a result of work attempted so bought 2 new oil filled electric radiators as emergency heating after 2 winters without any central heating. Latest engineer came 2 days ago after witnessing boiler cutting out constantly. Now waiting for "someone" to come and mend it. No reponse from SH about WHEN so maybe they are hoping us OAP's will just fade away from hypothermia.

They dont answer the phones even in an emergency, they dont listen to you particularly as a female, they lie, they make you feel as if you are stupid, they are horrendous beyond belief!!!!!

Disgusted with the service. It is currently-2.2 degrees outside and my heating is not working. I have paid for a service plan for 7 years and they say they can not come out for another 14 days. Diabolical. Absolutely disgusted with their service. If I could have scored a minus for the review I would have. Do not use this company!! Even when booking my annual service they never turn up on time or even the day that the appointment is booked for.

Customer services is awful. Takes ages to get through. Been trying to get through all day, currently been waiting 33 minutes.

Swale came in to replace my old boiler, started the job in the beginning of December it's January and still not complete, was left over Christmas and the new year with a cold home after recently suffering a double lung collapse and with problems with ambulance services over Christmas and to date its been a very scary Christmas for me. Thank swale heating!

For 7 years i have been a customer , paid £100s for peace of mind , when my Boiler broke down they left me without Gas for 9 days during the December cold spell. Awful to deal with, they don't respond to messages left, wait times on hold over an hour. they don't honour appointments. they don't respond to complaints. Boiler service rebook after rebook. I had to use electric to heat home and water costing me over £400 - be warned - Swale heating are awful

Well I have serious health conditions my boiler broke down before Christmas they called but couldn't wait for me to answer the call ...I called them back was on the phone hours holding ....now the nearest appointment to get boiler fixed us 10th Jan ...if they come ......I could die my heating bill I'm dreading someone over Christmas told me to turn it if at isolating switch whicheans no heating or hot water ....I pay for a service which it seems I don't get

If you could give no stars I would they lie make appointments and never turn up.they said they would be with me that afternoon and only came four days later.do yourself a favour use another decent company.stay clear of swale.

Had trouble with our 3port valve Just had a new one fitted a couple of weeks ago This will be the third supposedly new one In about 6 months Within days started having problems Engineer came out First sad there was no power going to the room stat Then said it needs a rewire Then said it needs a new 3 port cover Then says it’s all working ok now He leaves 2 days later heating won’t come on automatically We have to move the cover on the 3 port valve then it switches over to heating Got a call on Friday from swale They booked an engineer to come out on Monday after 4.30 pm Got a call Monday around 11am saying he will attend between 12 & 1 I explained it’s booked for after 4.30 Not heard anything since from swale Still having to move the cover to get the heating on Totally incompetent company Just look at their reviews Absolute joke of a company Stay well clear of them

Ok so little update on our heating problem After weeks of problems Guy comes out says it needs a new 3 port cover Which was a new one days earlier Then says the wiring needs redoing So Friday an appointment is made for today after 4.30 pm Got a call at 12 today saying there on the way to fix my heating You could not make it up They have not got a clue

Absolutely rubbish. No water .they came Monday to fix heating now no water cowboys they are rubbish one thing after another. Optivo need to get rid of these cowboy contractors. And get professional who no what they are doing.jokers.

For the second year in succession, engineer is late. Second year in succession, cannot contact Swale by telephone or live chat. Email and just get a response that is quite obviously an auto reply. They have my money and now do not want to fulfill their obligations. Just do not bother with these wasters.

I arranged an appointment for Swale Heating to visit my home as my boiler was playing up, and I was not recieving enough hot water through my bath tap. The repairman came to my house and said he needed to order a part for my boiler to fix the problem. A week later an engineer from Swale arrives at my house he has the part I let him in to fix my boiler only to discover he has ordered the wrong part so I now I have to wait for them ot re order the part and fit it, meaning another appointment. The engineer was ingenious enough to offer me a temporary solution that would get my hot water working unfortunately the temporary solution lasted less than a day and I was back with hardly any hot water. Various engineers have come to my home to fix my boiler problem but none have been able to do so, it's always the same answer "I have to order the part", and I am kept waiting. I am sick and tired of Swale Heating, they appear to be shambolic and clueless.

Never turn up when ment to that's ok but when you take hoilday for them to come not funny
