“I purchased two pairs of earrings, and before proceeding to checkout, I made sure to read the return policy listed directly beneath the earrings I selected. It stated that the item was returnable for 30 days from the purchase date. After receiving my order, I immediately contacted customer care to return one of the earrings, but they informed me that it wasn’t returnable! I asked them to review the return policy stated under the product, but they kept making excuses, saying that while it is written there, in another paragraph somewhere else, it mentions that earrings are not returnable. I don’t understand! If it’s not returnable, why confuse customers and play games? Just clearly state that the item cannot be returned—done! I felt cheated and betrayed.”
“Be advised before you spend all your money on a beautiful shswaroviski, watch You will pay hundreds of dollars and they are disposable. I took one in to Have a battery changed? The store had to send it to cherowski, to their repair center. That was on may the eighth two thousand twenty four.It is now july twenty ninth two thousand twenty four. Cannot contact the repair center.The store has tried to contact them.They still have my watch and it's still not done. The second Swarovski watch I have I took to a high end jewelry store to have the battery changed, They said it would take two days, The week later I get a call that they have to send a too rheir center. Then I received a A call that when they attempted to take the back off a little round part came off of the front, so I would be charged to repair the front and it would take a few more weeks.This is now week 3 for this, watch. I notified the store that I would not pay for the repair on the front.It was intact when it was sent. All I want to say is I paid a lot of money for these watches and I have been without four months. Save your money, their repair service. The company itself are awful to deal with”
“I have bought several pieces of Swarowski, including rings, earrings watches. I took a watch into the store I purchased from on May the 8th, 2024. Charm diamond center mcallister place saint john. They said it would have to be sent away. They took a picture Add gave me an invoice number. 2 months later No calls from the store. I had to call. They said that they had sent an email. They hadn't heard anything but they would call me. I insisted I want to know when I was going to get my watch. It just went for a battery replacement they Sent another email And said would call me to date they have not. I search for an email for customer service, No phone numbers are available. I got an email reply a week later. Saying that they would do An inquiry. At the bottom of the letter, there's a tool free number which I called and I spoke to a guy named "MICHAEL" He told me I see the note.It has been Sent to repair to find out the status. He could not tell me a number or anything.How I could contact the repair department. I asked for supervisor he is not allowed to transfer calls He said he would have his supervisor I asked for a name and he said it probably will be javier Call me which I did not receive the. My second swarovski watch.I took to a different jewelry store, They said they were busy, but they could do it within 2 days. They called me this morning to say they popped the back off. However, the circle around the front had collapsed, so they had to send it to their repair center, which is now going to cost me probably close to a $100. If it is repaired. There is no pitcher.There is no value there's nothing. What a waste of money. It is almost like throw away jewelry at a very high cost. I take care of my jewelry, Please save your money and do not give then any of yours so disappointed....”
“I bought plenty of jewelry from Swarovski. I want to say that I regret it. What a waste of money. All their jewelry starts to fade out like all of them from rings to necklace earrings. They stop getting shiny in the same month you buy them. Never again will I shop at Swarovski. They literally take your money just like that. Expensive for what? It’s not worth it. It’s also very disappointed.”
“Swarovski online store aren’t worthy of one star. I purchased a necklace and paid for expressed 2 day delivery. According to UPs they never picked up for delivery and now there is an investigation to find my shipment. It could take weeks I am told to resolve my issue. I am out of money and no product. I should have read the reviews. It has been downhill since I made the online purchase. I had to initiate communication before my order changed status in the system. Wait times to speak with customer service in excess of 30 mins. Finally chatted via text only to find that they have my money and I have no product. May or may not receive a product. It will take weeks before I learn more. It’s a sham! Avoid online purchasing! DO NOT DO IT! I learned the hard way!”
“Placed an order on the 10th of December fully aware of the 5 - 7 days delay . Delivery date provided between the 21st and 25th of December . Not despatched yet 10 working days since placing the order and I have been told by Web chat it is unlikely I will receive my purchase until the New Year.
Today they have now changed their notice stating 2-3 days delay . Really who are they kidding. If this was the case then surely I would have received my purchase . Liars. I will never use this company again . The reviews online are shocking”

Poor customer service, overcharged and refused to refund
Poor customer service, overcharged for an item. I purchased an item in store, it wasn't in our local town so specifically travelled to see and purchase the item. The store overcharged me and unfortunalty I did not notice until I returned home. I immediately contacted customer service via email to request the overcharge was refunded only to be told I would have to go back into store as they couldn't do it as it was a store purchase. I provided the receipt and they said I needed to take the item back and have it refunded and then rebuy the product. I advised I wasn't local and petrol/parking costs would cost more than the refund and advised it was a 21st birthday present and therefore this wasn't possible. They said tough luck basically so I requested they forward the email to the store to get them to do the refund. The store didn't contact me and head office were no use at it.
I wouldn't purchase from them or visit again juat because of their poor customer services which had an attitude of we don't care now we have your money (and some extra because we overcharge)”
“Never go to Blue Water store. I was sold a faulty bracelet though I pointed at the time of purchase that it was coming off. The sales representative said that is the only piece and it is fine. Knowing I liked it so much she told me take it or leave it.
I lost first time I wore it. I raised with customer services who asked the sales representative, and why will she accept. I feel like this store doesn't have any value for the customers and just sell whatever they can. Please don't buy any of their products.”
“NEVER buy online, what they show in the pictures is not the real thing, looking at the necklace I ordered it seemed to be a lovely piece of jewlery of a decent size, the actual item I have got is small, I mean SMALL, so small that the design is hardly visible, not even close to the shape of the item in the pictures that were enlarged so to induce people to buy. Absolutely disgusted by this scam. Not to mention the promise to deliver before Christmas I finally received the item on Dec 30”

“Purchased a £90 bracelet and within 2 months it had broken. Took it back into my local store and they fixed it for me. Within a further 2 weeks the exact same part broke again but this time because I was wearing it, the broken part was lost. I did the same thing and went back into my local store and this time I was told they'd had a big sale and no longer sell the bracelet I bought which apparently meant that there's nothing they can do to fix it even though it was well in warranty and was less than 3 months old. The options they gave me was store credit (which I didn't want as there was nothing else I wanted for that price and certainly didn't want to spend a penny more) or to pay for it to be fixed elsewhere myself. Absolutely appalled I contacted customer services online expecting a better standard of service; how wrong I was... Had a reply from one person asking for a photo and more details and then never heard anything back. I wrote to them again and again and they never responded. It's safe to say it will be the last penny I ever spend at Swarovski. Disgusting.”

They gave me space to look around without fussing and brought out the items I wanted to look at, I tried many on for effect. I never felt pressurised to purchase anything. Once I'd decided, my purchases were beautifully packed, they added more links to the watch there and then.
I know Swarovski are not cheap but there were many beautiful items for that special occasion at prices to suit different pockets. They have also brought out a new line of jewellery that can be cleverly added to at birthdays and Christmas if liked. My experience at two Swarovski outlets was the best I've had in similar outlets.
