Ordered an arrangement late July. When I visited the recipient two days later , I was surprised, disappointed ...and surprised to be disappointed. The cost was $100 before tax and delivery charges ( including an extra $7 to narrow delivery to a 4 hour window). The arrangement was quite ordinary looking...certainly not what I expected for the price. I was going to chalk it up to a bad experience, but when I visited the same people today, I saw a beautiful bouquet w/seasonal flowers that they got from a mutual friend- which I found out was $35 pretax. I thot Sweet Pea's good reputation had been well deserved- but I no longer do.

Staff forgot half of what I had ordered online and their demeanor about questions regarding providing what was missing was quite cold. Left me with the feeling and impression that my business wasn't at all important to them. I can't seem to think of any reason for recommending their service.

Iordered small special arrangement for a non-holiday purpose. Unfortunately it was to be delivered the day after the holiday and due to their "holiday" business they did not read my "special directions" which were VERY IMPORTANT! So my important delivery was NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM. They apologized with many excuses which did nothing for help with the blunder they had made. They offered no refund or even a partial refund or credit. I would not recommend them! ps what they did deliver looked like left overs from the holiday the day before.

Barbara, Quite frankly, we have gone over this by email, and on other review forums. I can't understand why, after seven weeks, you have chosen to pick this up again. You ordered a very basic, half dozen roses, in a glass vase. You gave us the option of either blue or red, depending on which colour was looking better. We selected red. You complained that it wasn't artistic, or had extra flowers in it, but again, that is what you ordered. You had the option of a 'deluxe' rose arrangement, which would have allowed for that, but instead you selected 'standard'. Yes, you asked for a special, upgraded vase, but the budget didn't allow for that. You paid for, and your order was for, a standard glass vase, which is what we sent. We can't understand, why, after all this time, you are still complaining because we didn't upgrade the vase for you. There was no offer for a credit or refund because you received exactly what you ordered, on the day you requested it. Your recipient received fresh, beautiful roses, that should have easily lasted 5-7 days if they were properly cared for. The photo of the flowers sent was picture-perfect. I was polite and respectful in all our email interactions, but at this point, I have lost my patience. It has been two months since this happened. One would think that, by now, you would have moved on, but clearly not. I find it interesting that when you ordered from us during the holidays and loved the arrangement, you said nothing, there was no feedback, no reviews, nothing. But here, because you didn't get a free upgrade on a vase, you feel you should go to various online forums and complain. I have done my best to help and address your concerns. I asked for a photo to be emailed to me before the arrangement was delivered but they didn't. The arrangement was for a funeral viewing. I spent $174 with taxes and delivery for what was described as "large" on the website. When I went to the viewing I saw a tiny arrangement. It was very disappointing.

I was not satisfied with the picture sent to me from the recipient of the arrangement I ordered, so I called and wanted to give you the opportunity to 'address' the issue. I called in originally to order saying I liked the small arrangement on your website in the 'colourful' theme. It was 'lacking detail' according to the recipient. When I called in to complain I was told unless I said that I wanted it exactly like the website picture (even though I referred to it when i ordered it) then I was going to get whatever the designer designed. I did say I wasn't looking for a refund or a new bouquet, but I would have thought maybe a discount on a future order would have been offered or something other than the response I got. The pictures below is what was received. For some reason I cannot upload a photo of the snapshot I took from your website, but it is the 'colorful/multi colored' small arrangement, priced between $60-$70 (I'm assuming pre-tax and delivery). I guess I cannot upload a photo that belongs to someone else, but it is definatelymuch better looking than the photo I'm posting.

The delivery came late. It was supposed to come before 5:00 It was my wife's birthday. The owner said that she would refund me. Not sure I will use the service again. My wife did see the flowers the next day and said they were beautiful.

The cost of the orchid and the size and your lack of knowledge and ability to provide a suitable product. I asked for a larger pot (or square) which wasn't available, i asked for a double orchid or 2 potted into one, which you didn't have the capacity to do...and you charged a large amount for a single orchid in a tiny pot.

Hi Sharon, We looked into your order, and yes, our pot selection was very low that at that time, as we had a large order expected for Mother's Day the following week. We would have been happy to order something in and had it available the next day for you. Our orchid pricing is a set price, and the pots vary based on style. If you were to come into the shop currently, you would see that we have hundreds of styles available, in any number of sizes and price ranges. We appreciate the feedback and can let you know, in terms of the pots, you simply ordered at an unfortunate time. Otherwise, for the price, you were informed of this as the order was placed. If you felt it was too much, or that we weren't able to provide what you needed that specific day, in the end, the power is always in the hands of the buyer not to place the order. Respectfully, Sara

Unfortunately compared to the other flowers at the funeral home these were substandard, not presented or arranged in a tasteful or pleasing manner.
