He sounded like I had just woke him up and couldn’t gimme clear answers except to refer me back to my sales agent if there were any problems with the guitars I purchased. I spent several thousands dollars on guitars over the past few months. My sales agent is not in the tech department. The technicians are in the technical department. In any event with the amount of money I spent there are several departments that need more customer service training. Sales and tech support being the main 2 in my opinion. Thank you”

“Aaron wiped my you know what and bent over backwards to help me score a brand new synthesizer. I ordered one through a scam company in NY and should have been more careful, BBB reports were horrible. Anyway after ordering my synth at a much lower price than most stores I was told that the order was back ordered and would be filled 2 to 3 months after my purchase. The other music equipment stores had this in stock for a slightly higher price. I contacted Sweetwater and asked if they could price match and they wanted my information on the product how far the shipping was and the price I was quoted. I told them the truth and they matched the other less than GREAT companies price and were extremely kind and hooked me the f..k up. I will always remember them treating me like a king and giving me a huge break on price and shipping so my old ass can play with a wonderful new toy.
