UKswegways resolved the manufacturing fault, but I was asked to pay for courier service to return the swegway upfront until it was proven not to be user error that had caused the fault and then the company could not track the payment even though I had made it from their own link. There was no offer of a replacement board even though the board broke after less than 28 days from purchase and it had only been used outside once. I am relieved the board was repaired free of charge and the cost of the courier reimbursed but I am unhappy that I had to pay for the courier in the first place and that they were unable to track their own payments and I am not confident the board will remain in working order due to it's original fault. I found my whole experience very company orientated and not customer orientated.

Item promised in plenty of time before xmas, arrived on 23rd Dec, didn't work so no time to change/fix it. To return it had to send numerous photos of an unused item! Took a week for them to arrange collection. When they finally collected it the refund came through pretty quick but communication was very slow and poor.

Ordered late as I work abroad and paid for express delivery to my eldest daughters address so she could wrap for my youngest daughter, 10 days later still no board and after 5 days of trying to ring the store I finally got through, asked where the board was and not even the slightest remorse, all I got was " well do you want your money back" and nothing else, I will pursue for my express delivery refund but the way this company works I will not hold my breath, would not recommend at all.

The 2us because the segway is good as for the company, took 12 days to arrive and when chased they ignore me was worries it wouldnt be here for xmas, arrived minus bag that was paid for, i tried to ring over and over and the phone was ignored or engages. My partner eventually went to the shop, not a word of sorry, they gave us the bag. The shop wasnt busy but they failed to answer phone!!

I have marked this as poor purely because of the delivery, it was late and I called a few times. Got told it was on its way and it wasn't. When it eventually arrived I was happy with the product. My 11 year old son loves it and I have also ordered the go kart attachment for his Christmas present. Would recommend but give plenty of time for delivery.

Initially we were not advised that our order was out of stock. Our payment had been taken two weeks prior yet we had to chase ukswegways for a delivery date and were actually lied to on two occasions. Very poor customer service indeed.

Not tried them out - only experienced delivery and was extremely disappointed that the swegway stamp was on the box - that's the big surprise ruined !

Truly disappinted with the service. My order was out of stock but I only found out after 20 working days after I placed the order and I phoned to chase it up.

I still haven't received my order, as the colour I ordered wasn't in stock. I'm waiting for delivery of my second choice colour, so I'm hoping that will come soon....

Battery charger doesn't have a ce mark on it in fact I dosnt have any thing on it that tells me it's not a genuine charger

I had an issue with the delivery. It took 5 consecutive days for it to be delivered and resulted in having to miss 5 days of work. They took it back to delivery centre each night as they obviously didn't have time to deliver it that day and then said it would be delivered the following day.Not swegway fault but with ups service whom they use. Made it a slightly dissapointing experience.

Dreadful communication.... Dreadful customer service.... Would not shop with them again... I received a email to say item had been sent and tracking ref. Over a week later and loads of emails to them I find out it hadn't been sent at all. Rang and spoke to a very rude, person, who basically didn't give a dam... It was quite strange that when I rang again to complain and cancel my order the Segway arrived the very next day.

Paid extra postage to get item quicker. It didn't turn up. I spoke to Chrissie and she said the black one wasn't in stock but she said she could send a white one. She assured me it would be sent out that day as I needed it for a birthday present. It didn't arrive. I phoned back and Chrissie wasn't in so I spoke to Elliott who said Chrissie had not sent it! I was fuming!! Elliot was helpful and sent a black one which is what I ordered in the first place! Well done to him. I'm not impressed with the company though and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Purchased this, all seemed fine except on the last part something flagged that my details were to be transferred to the USA. Purchase went through, was not informed that the item was out of stock at that point and I had paid £9.95 for quicker delivery. Called them the next day, they said it was in stock and would refund me the £9.95 and get it out to me as quick delivery, which I thought was great. Item arrived, still not received the refund. There is a scratch on it and the feet area was a bit scuffed, which I informed by email. No response to that and still no refund for the delivery. Also, my credit card was compromised that evening, someone trying to purchase on it from the USA !!! The gadget itself is great apart from the scratch and my son loves it.

Ordered black n paid £24.99 for nxt day delivery,it never came next day n when I phoned they told me it had not been sent out yet but I would be refunded the nxt day del charge then the following day we got a call saying they didn't have black so we ordered white n it got delivered next day but I think we should have got delivery free of charge as it was not as we agreed.

I am dumb founded as to how incompetent the staff are at this company, I ordered a classic black swegway and when I phoned after several days to see when it would arrive I was told black wasn't in stock. I was then given 3 options so I chose another colour gold and asked them to ship this straight away - I was told the shipping would be free due to this delay. Again another several days passed and when I called for the 2nd time to see what the hold up was I was told there wasn't even a note on the system to say I had ordered the gold swegway and that it hadn't been shipped yet. Then now that I've received it they've charged me for the delivery so I need to go chasing them again. There customer service is the worst I've experienced with any company in a long time - I wouldn't go near them again !!!

Thank you for your feedback Paul. We do try to ensure that whenever our customers order a product that we don't have in stock, we will contact the customer on that same day. In some cases when the customer services team are busy, there is the slight chance that particular processed can be missed off. We also have a process in place which means our staff members need to note down any changes to the order - I can only apologise profusely for both of these not being completed in your case and we are putting more thorough systems in place to ensure that these don't get missed off. It looks made of cheep plastic. Lights on the sides are not parallel. Wheels and standing pads are showing a bit of use. It came partially charged. Even the plastic bag the board was packed in it was broken. It was Obvious that the box was open before. No brand written anywhere on the board. I'm really concerned that I've been lied about the Samsung batteries inside as well. I think instead of a Swegwey product I bought a fake one. Too late now, as I bought it as an emergency. I run out of time to fight for this and I don't have another £350 to buy what I intended..... But not too late to get in contact with trading standards! The delivery was ok. I get the service I paid for! All I can say is: Never again

Paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it the next day I ordered the sky blue plus 1 with Bluetooth and light to only receive it and it wasn't sky blue it's was dark blue very diserpointed ???????? paid £392 for it as well so expected to receive exactly what I ordered and didn't have time to change it over and went threw enough to receive it in the first place it's classed as false advertisement printing what colour it is and then to get it and it's nowhere near the same very very diserpointed
