Left on our doorstep by delivery person. Thank god it stayed there!!! No message dropped through the letter box. Extraordinary for such a costly item!

Thank you very much for your feedback it has been passed onto the customer service team and it is much appreciated. In regards to it being left on your doorstep we are going to investigate this because we have a contract with our courier to get it to yourself safely and this isn't the case and we do apologise for this. I placed an order for a hover board for my sons birthday which came on time and he loves it. However I also ordered a cover for it which hasn't come. I sent a message on the Facebook page on Wednesday 23rd which was acknowledge but never replied to up to now. Please can this be sorted, thank you

Received only part of my order as it was a bundle offer but no note to say this was the case as they were waiting on delivery of the trolley seat. I think this should have been made clear in the parcel not the customer having to phone. Christmas present so cannot review the actual product as yet

The jury is out I bought a swegway for my daughters birthday. As it's still a few days away I can't comment on the product other than to say a quick charge and test ride were successful. I've been left a little disappointed by the buying experience. I visited the shop twice and the staff were helpful and spent time talking to me about the product. Good start, but the actual purchase left me with a bad feeling. The company promote themselves on the quality of the product, and in particular the safety and certification of the chargers they supply. I was therefore very disappointed when the charger that came out of the box was a non-certified unit. When I questioned this the salesperson attempted to locate the CE and FCC markings on the charger. When I pointed out there was none, she said they must be on the plug. I felt like I was being fobbed off, and was not prepared to accept this charging unit. It was only then that a different charger was produced from the back room complete with the necessary CE and FCC markings.

The swegway we ordered seems fine but came with no instructions and we have never had one before so not sure what the beeping is or what the red light means so finding it pretty hard to get hand of. Asked if any guideance online on their website contact page but no response received.

Great that my son got to try the segway cart..we got there just after 10 so it was a little unorganised..my son went round a few times on his own then was asked to get off for someone else to have a go so there was no racing anyone..the raffle i thought was also disappointing cos it just seemed everyone was just winning £10 off a £249 spend! Would of been great to have seen the hoodies and other bits on display..had to ask for a bucket seat cart to be made up so we could see it before we brought it, this should of already been done and on display..

Had an issue with item being out of stock and poor comms initially however man at store managed to sort it out and made sure item arrived just in time for my sons birthday. They also refunded delivery charge as a gesture of good will.

I'm really excited to receive my hoverboard ive not stopped thinking about it , but it's slow service It said next day and I haven't got no emails to find out where it is when is it on the way I need more information to dfind out where my product is

I ordered and paid for a swegway on Friday 10 June as a prize for a school fete being held on Saturday 25 June. On Monday 20 June I was told that the colour I had ordered was out of stock, and given options for a different colour. I replied that day with my new colour choice, and asked for it to be delivered by 24 June so that I could get it to the school fete. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until 27 June, which was a shame, but it is a great product.

The product is great my daughters over the moon. But the service was dreadful. Not told the item I ordered was out of stock until I phone to say it not been delivered after being promised it and an email to say it being sent . I phoned to chase to be told still not in . We then changed colour and it arrived within two days This is after three weeks waiting with a very upset child. Item we receive has made up for this disappointment

The swegway pro was dispatched quickly but unfortunately there wasn't a charger in the box which was disappointing as my son is unable to use it until we receive a charger. Which is a shame as its his Birthday. Items of this cost should really be checked before dispatch.

Hi Anna, I have looked up your order- you ordered 2 working days ago and chose the free shipping option which is 5-7 working days for delivery. After tracking your swegway I can see that it is due for delivery On Wednesday 6th April on the 5th working day :)

Hi I'm marc day my first swegway I ordered wasn't working had to send it back they resent the sameone which I declined.i wanted a brand new working one not a faulty one what a joke. I had to make videos for the company to show them it wasn't working this imo is a big joke are you lot having a laugh. Second swegway I ordered was ok but no go-cart came 4 weeks later I'm still waiting which happens to be my kids birthday present his birthday has long gone! The customer service is joke also have to wait over 20 minutes and that's if they ever answer I will not be buying any more products from this company

My paid for next day delivery and didn't receive the Segway and when it's did come the Segway had no charger
