Swegway battery only lasting approx 1 hour after a full charge. Unable to connect the bluetooth and unable to activate the pro mode and therefore unable to take it anywhere near 15 km/h as advertised. Manual gives no instructions. Disappointed as a friend has a classic over year old and battery lasting 4 hours + and goes the same speed and cost half the amount. Awaiting call back from technical support team.

I bought my 12 yr old a swegaway from here for his birthday 6 weeks ago, He has had it in his possession for 3 of these weeks as it was sent back after 2 weeks, received it back 1 week later only for it to break again!!!!!! It is currently in the workshop and i am no further forward as to what is going on with it!!!! In the meantime i have a very disappointed 12 year old who's friends are all running around with there swegways(none of them got there swegways from here!!!!)

I bought a swegway for my daughters birthday,the charger blew up after one charge,I've emailed them to no response,I've delayed writing this review because I genuinely don't like complaining, but after 5 days the customer service is terrible.

We ordered a swegway 6 days before our sons birthday and paid extra for 3 day delivery to ensure we had it in plenty of time. When it didn't arrive on the day we expected we contacted them by email to ask where it was and explained that we needed it before our sons birthday and we received an email back telling us they had refunded the delivery fee and that we would not be getting the swegway until his birthday. There was no apology, explanation or attempts to rectify the situation. We therefore had to explain to our son that his present had not been delivered. Very poor customer service which would prevent me buying from them again and I would recommend that anyone ordering from them does so well in advance to avoid being in the same situation as us. The swegway seems to be of good quality and my son was very pleased with it when it eventually arrived.

THE SWEGWAY WAS DELIVERED VERY FAST BUT WHEN IT BECAME FAULTY I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING 2 DAYS FOR IT TO BE COLLECTED FOR REPAIR.MY SON IS VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS NOT HAPPY AT ALL FEEL VERY LET DOWN.

You have requested a review before you have despatched the goods. At this stage I can only conclude my rating is VERY POOR asT the product has not been provided. Having now received the Swegway my review is upgraded to POOR due to 1. The WARRANTY CARD was not included within the package. Please provide the Warranty Card. 2. The USER MANUAL is written in 'chinglish' and, in parts, incomprehensible 3. The USER MANUAL refers to Model S2-15, 52-15 and SI-15. Please advise which model has been provided. 4. The USER MANUAL states 'when driving S2-15, do not divert your attention, such as aswering phone, LISTENING TO MUSIC doing other things. Why then is a WIFI Loudspeaker fitted? Please provide the WARRANTY CARD. Peter Bates

So far my boy had his swegway 3 hours and one of the lights didn't work I reported it via the help on line but nobody answered me so now I've had to make 2 phone calls to sort it out. Then a further 3 phone calls chasing a label for the returns package that they didn't bother sending. They have collected it now but because of the bank holidays my son is now without for at least a week as they are going to repair rather than just exchange. I thought goods when first purchased had to be in full working order and fit for purpose. Obviously this company do not abide by trading standards!

We had the misfortune to buy a swegway from this company for our sons Christmas present in 2016 and it never worked. We sent it back to them and they have our swegway and our money. They refused to replace it or refund us even though they acknowledged it was faulty. They were cery rude to say the least. After sending registered solicitors letters, letters from the European Consumer Care and from the courts through the European Small Claims process we are no further on in getting our money or our swegway as their address is false so no letters could be accepted. Over 450 euro wasted and my son is still without his Christmas present. The worst experience I have had with any company. Do not buy from them. If you do and were scammed you should report them to Trading Standards to get them shut down.

Like my last review I'd like you to respond to my emails and voicemails regarding my sons broken swegway that was only purchased Xmas 2016. At the time this broke it wasn't even a year old and I've been trying to contact you via your website contact details to no avial. For a product to cost nearly £300 and break in less than a year isn't on but what's more distressing is every contact number or email address I've tried to reach you on you are not responding to. Please get in touch and rectify your product as my little boy has gone months without his favourite gadget purchased as a Xmas present when for that price surely under 12 months use isn't good enough. Youve left me no choice but to rate you as a 1. I'm glad I didn't review you when it was delivered because back then you would of had a 5 as I didn't know the trouble I was going to have trying to contact you when it broke through no fault of ours, the charging piece is faulty and has come loose so potentially could of been very dangerous had gone unnoticed. I have little money but my 8 year old twins used money from grandparents & family members & the little we had to purchase 2 x segways from ( uksegwsys.com) , the first time use in our house the charging port came out of the body leaving it hanging out on the cables , when I pushed it back in it stayed loose !! , then I took my children to the park on the scooters , the other one just stoped 5 mins after a full charge , so we all had to leave the park with my son crying (fuming !!!) , then we charged it and tried again . The third trip out we went to the park & after 2 mins ( with a full charge ) the swegway stoped , so my son turned it back on it went for about a Minute then started to turn different directions go faster then after it took him faster than I would have wished stopped and started to smell & made a noisy like a bang , then to top it all just wouldn’t turn off and was smoking , so then someone called the fire brigade . Well enough said !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If UKSWEGWAY hat a working telephone number on their website & would get back to me perhaps this could have got resolved without me contacting the police & bank & seeking legal advise . A very scared & upset family , including my disabled son !!!!!!!!!.

Bought for christmas broke after 2nd charge no way of contacting them how are google still letting them trade?? You can find his full name by going to Companys house anf typing in his company number. We have reported this action fruad please do the same so we can get this guy and his site permantly blocked.

We sent our daughters swegway back for a battery replacement back in august 2017 ? same as everyone else on here we have not been able to contact them I have sent two letters one including a court action that was sent on the 14th December with my house number and post code on the back for it to be returned of it wasn't received . This company should not be able to get away with ripping so many people off . DO NOT order off this website they are scum and thieves so angry

Same as everyone one else I received a swegway but am now believe it's a fake, the packaging doesn't have swegway wrote on it neither does the hover board, charger is getting very hot only on 20 minutes I turned it off, also didn't come with any instruction manual!! Can't get no reply via live chat email or telephone!!! Really scared to give my daughter has a present due to risks you have heard of the fake ones!!! Gutted i didn't do better research!!!

Ordered £250 hoverboard bundle from this site, 24hr next day delivery. I received a dispatched email with a fake tracking number, UKMail didnt recognise the parcel tracking number. Needless to say it didnt arrive!!!! Tried to call customer service but always get an answering machine. Emailed but got no reply and webchat doesnt get a response. I have contacted my bank to report this fraudulent company and try for a refund.

Same issue as the rest. Ordered 2 got one but no answer regarding the other. My daughter will be heartbroken. I will find Ryan and discuss face to face I can promise that.

****Scam company**** Took my money and no swegway arrived.. Despite numerous emails and promises from Ryan and Elliot I still haven't received my refund and they have now blocked me from contacting them directly. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my 7 year old without reading the reviews first.. how slow was i!!!... nearly 10 days later no contact from them at all & no money either £ these disgusting bastards are still trading online & ripping people off how are they allowed to still advertise online!!!
