We purchased an X-Trail hoverboard with bluetooth for £499 at christmas,are daughter used it for the third time after it had rained and the bluetooth made a strange noise and stopped working.We rang the store and they said we would have to pay £20 shipping costs to return the board which would be refundable if it was a manufacturers fault.We sent the board and had a call to say the chip in the bluetooth had got wet,we told them that are 9 year old daughter had used it after it had rained as the board was supposed to be water resistant and they said we would still have to pay an additional £35 for a new chip.We refused to pay anymore money so the board was returned un fixed,we are currently taking this up with trading standards as the board was mis sold to us.

We would firstly like to sincerely apologise for the experience you have had with UKSWEGWAYS and always aim to please our customers so we are very sorry this hasn't happened with your order. All Swegways have a 12 month warranty on them, however when used in wet conditions this becomes void. I understand your frustration but we must treat all our customers fairly. The Product was 100% perfect. Unfortunately the courier that they use is very awful and lied about trying to delivering my parcel as the driver didn't show up when I had been waiting all day. My delivery was delayed by 2 days even thought I had paid for express delivery and I don't think this is exceptable

If I could give zero stars I would! This is THE worst company I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. A long story short, it has taken 5 weeks of numerous emails and phone calls 99% from me as the company don't give a monkeys once they they have your money. The customer service and after sales care is non existent along with the worst attitudes...😤 I hope the people who have had a "great" experience with them never have a faulty board or charger.. Please stop buying from this company they are amateurs and cowboys.

The board was bought for my Son's birthday which is tomorrow. However, despite sending me a contact advising that the board had been sent a week ago and would be delivered on the 14th February I got a call on the 15th advising that it was of stock and could they send me another colour. Running out of time I accepted a different colour (not sure if my Son will be pleased) with the assurance it would arrive on the 16th. Nothing arrived and the courier tracking site shows that it was despatched on the 16th and would arrive on the 14th! It also shows that it is at the 'sortation facility' and is not yet in transit so I am beginning to think that there is going to be a lot of tears tomorrow. Might still turn up today but I am not holding my breath. Shouldn't really make promises you cant keep.

Ordered for my sons xmas and when it arrived it was found in my daughters play house in my front garden although I'd been advised that I wld have to sign for it. Charged ready for xmas and when my son opened it, it was clearly faulty as he went on it and it started to vibrate and shake all over my living room which made my 3 year old daughter petrified off it she screamed wen she seen it any time and wldnt be in the same room as it. I actually have a video off her screaming from another room it was that loud. When I eventually got through after the festive period which btw longest holidays ever they got as didn't open till like 2nd January am sure or maybe longer I was met with sheet attitude from the customer service agent and when I asked them speak to a manager he asked "why he was going to tell me the same thing" got the manager another amateur who I got attitude from. No money offered back nothing even though the product had went on sale £20 cheaper than I paid. Total farce. Also my other son asked for one for his birthday this month and I wld have bought another no problem if I had received and been treated properly first time round. No way was I spending money a second time with this Company. Poor service and staff training needed. Pretty sure the replacement one I got was used aswell maybe shop floor as it was scratched around wheels ect... but I wasn't having anymore hassle my son was happy to have it and able to use it. 2-3 weeks after he got it for xmas. 😤

Ordered swegway for my daughter for xmas. paid for next day delivery but didnt arrive till a couple of days later. Rang and spoke to someone who refunded the delivery charge. The present was for Christmas and when my daughter opened it there was no charging lead. Luckily she borrowed a friends on Christmas Day. Rang again and was told they would send one, still have not received it.

The products I received were faulty and I have had no success in obtaining a replacement or refund. In respect of the cart I have been offered replacement parts for which I would be charged. In respect of the Swegway I have been offered a repair but would be charged to return the goods. I do not accept that I should have to pay for the repair of faulty goods so have made a claim for a full refund from my Credit Card company

The product took around 3+ weeks due to high demand. However, it would have been nice if we would have been informed on the delay. The daughter is happy with the product.

Useless. Take your money. Make you wait 3 wks then blame the courier that they chose & refuse to give a refund or replace board that NEVER arrived now expecting us to wait 8 wks whilst they investigate there own couriers !!! Worst service & carry on I have ever experience !!!

After 7 days of no order confirmation, chased the order to be told that order woukd be sent in the next 7 days. When item was delivered, it was left on the driveway - luckily a neighbour spotted it and took it in. Also lucky it wasn't raining. The device works fine, but customer service is very poor.

Communication on phone goes OK when you get through, however what your told never actually happens. Told on many occasions a delivery date and consignment number would be emailed to me, however they never were. After speaking to them they said a consignment number is never emailed. So how are you supposed to expect/plan delivery. Just poor communication. 1 swegway had a fault which took 7 days for repair. The paperwork in box on return was for someone else's swegway? Communication needs improving drastically

Ordered with express delivery before Christmas, never received my order as it went missing. Took over 7 weeks to be refunded. Poor communication with customer service. Very disappointed.

I was totally unimpressed by the fact I did not receive the item until the end of Jan (it was a Christmas gift) and to make matters worse I had to collect it from the courier myself! Bloody disgraceful!

I will keep this short, but very disappointed! After eventually customer services decided to answer the phone, they advised me that I returned the Swegway as after a day of receiving it, it wouldn't charge. If that wasn't enough when it was returned after being repaired a screw fell out as soon as we pulled it out of the box and another screw fell out after about fifteen minutes of usage, did not boost might confidence of this company. Disappointed all round with customer services wish I had purchased nearer home now. I would of been straight in the shop expressing my big disappointment from your company's if nearer. I bought from your company because you looked genuine and now left feeling let down! Sue

I ordered a bag for a Christmas present along with a Swegway. Swegway arrived but no bag. Bag eventually turned about 4 weeks later. It doesn't have Swegway written on it as advertised, it has NB printed on it. I emailed the company to query this but they didn't respond.

order wasn't shipped when i was told it was, so i was told if I paid £10 more I could get a upgrade to a Bluetooth and I'd have for Xmas, didn't get for Xmas and when it did come it was the classic one, so I paid £10 more and did not get what I was told I'd get.
