“I took out my Motor Insurance policy through Swinton Central Online. I have several times written to them with urgent queries relating to NCB but they never reply. I have phoned them, got told they are too busy to talk to me, they will phone me back - they never did. Appalling!
Luckily a friend told me there are Swintons Branches where there are real physical people who answer the phone. I have since dealt with branches and they have been excellent.
DO NOT take out your Swintons policy through Online or Central is my advice, look up a Swintons local branch and phone them instead.”
“twice I tried to claim against the \home \emergency cover which was part of the policy purchased and on both occasions they were quick to find reasons why it couldn.t be covered
on one occasion our boiler was making an extremely loud noise which was not right so I turned the system off .Because I had done this they said it was not an emergency and they would only cover if the boiler stopped working by its own accords.
A load of rubbish.
The home emergency cover is not worth the paper its written on.”
