“I was happy to switch to pure telecom until the broadband was installed and it was not working in the room. I called them several time immediately but they didnt redpond. I told them l want to cancel but the never get back until now.”

“Very helpful. It made the comparison very quick and simple. Only bad side, you advertised a 12 month contract with Pure Telecom, but when I signed up with them they said they only do 18 month ones.”

“The website was easy to use and had a lot of useful information. It made choosing an electricity company quite easy. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is that I received duplicate emails from Switcher upon signing up to my new electricity provider which caused some confusion. This was easily resolved, though.”
