“Gave an easy to understand breakdown of packages so I could see what suited me best. I only had to enter in my details one, one form and then hit switch. No fiddling around with lots of forms, phone calls etc.”

“It was easy to compare prices across various suppliers. Then when we chose the one we wanted, we were able to get meaningful customer service -- the software of the company we were switching to did not allow this to be a joint account, but the Switcher customer service people were able to solve that snag very easily and quickly.”
