“My experience with Switcher has been very good and would have even better if I didn’t opt for ‘Eir’ as their offer wasn’t as good as it had initially appeared. Despite their statement that one had a cooling off period of 14 days and my cancelling of order with them they failed to pass on my landline to Virgin Media that I had selected in preference to them and this meant using only a the temporary landline number that Virgin Media had given to me. It’s exactly one week today that have the Virgin Media Modem installed and working but am still waiting for the transfer of my landline form ‘Eir’ to Virgin Media. If this didn’t happen I think a straightforward switching from Sky to Virgin Media would have been quite painless.”
