“Everything was great phone is in a good condition as has been said on the website . The only issue I have that when I was ordering the phone your partner The Range wasn’t able to arrange delivery to Scotland so I had to pay extra and order phone to my friends in England .”

“Phone was brought as “excellent” and it looks good BUT under battery health was a warning saying that battery health is significantly degraded so I wouldn’t call that excellent. It was iphone xs and was not cheap”

“Very pleased with the phone. I upgraded to this one as my old one was. like me, showing its age. It took a bit of getting used to, but all is well. I would defiantly recommend SWYCHA. Thank you.”

“Phone described as "no scratches on screen or body". However, scratches present on both, screen and top left side. It didn't arrive next day as advertised.”

Hi Ani, many thanks for your review but as discussed, your purchase was for a C Grade (Good Condition) handset, which we describe on-site "will have visible signs of wear, such as scratches, dents or other marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested and works like new." Please feel free to reach out to us if you would prefer a Grade A (Excellent Condition) handset instead and we can arrange for this to be swapped out for you (Additional costs will incur for the difference in price). “I ordered and paid for a refurbished Apple iPhone 8, through Range warehouse. The phone was supplied from a partner called SWYCHA. I was very pleasantly surprised, when my phone arrived on time, and when I unpacked and inspected it, I was very happy about it's condition, it looked as close to new as a refurb could be. I fully charged the phone then set it up, Really good, Happy.”
