Ordered through the range a GOOD phone, it took 16 hours to set up- couldn’t transfer any info from my iPhone in the end I had to do it manually. It had more than just surface scratches, it has deep scratches that affect the use of the phone, and was in less than “good” condition. I won’t order from the range again for mobiles since I know where they get them from. To think a few quid more I could have got better quality… or would I?

Phone was brought as “excellent” and it looks good BUT under battery health was a warning saying that battery health is significantly degraded so I wouldn’t call that excellent. It was iphone xs and was not cheap

Phone described as "no scratches on screen or body". However, scratches present on both, screen and top left side. It didn't arrive next day as advertised.

Hi Ani, many thanks for your review but as discussed, your purchase was for a C Grade (Good Condition) handset, which we describe on-site "will have visible signs of wear, such as scratches, dents or other marks. The phone is unlocked, fully tested and works like new." Please feel free to reach out to us if you would prefer a Grade A (Excellent Condition) handset instead and we can arrange for this to be swapped out for you (Additional costs will incur for the difference in price). Kind regards, Swycha

Phone case is bent as if been carried in back pocket. When pressing main button the whole inner workings move. Very poor refurbishment system. Rob Siarkiewicz

The phone we received took 6 hours to charge 62%, the apple spec for the phone is 100% charge in 3 hours. I am contacting The Range to arrange to return the phone to you.

I bought refurbished iphone7 from The Range (plus) not realising it was reallybfrom Swycha until 3 months later my battery kept running out needing recharging multiple times a day. It is only 50% capacity now when fully charged and can’t use apps even though 128gb because of this. I had no clue that refurbished phones did not mean brand new battery. I now have to pay £60 for a new battery locally after spending £200 on the phone. Very disappointed. They should say on any website selling them “used battery” to alert people. It also didn’t come with a charging lead so very disappointing.

Dear customer, We're really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and as discussed with over the phone with you, the batteries are tested for tolerances to ensure they meet the minimum requirements and can confirm that we have not missold the phone, it is refurbished and as discussed, are more than happy to swap the unit it for another, newer model so that you don't have to pay for a replacement battery. Best, Swycha
