“My phone has arrived but almost three weeks after ordering. Unfortunately it has not arrived with the charging cable as indicated on your website.”

“Everything seems ok and delivery was prompt but battery capacity is only 83%”

“General condition was OK. There are a couple of small chips in the screen, but the main cause for concern is the battery state. It shows as "seriously degraded" in the settings at 79%. Will try it for a couple of weeks to see if it's acceptable. If it's dire it will have to go back. Supplier wise, nothing to complain about. Order arrived in advance of predicted delivery, well packed.”

“Only 3 stars as the one we have been delivered has great battery health 93% but has scratches all over the screen and back of the phone plus a dent to the casing Didn’t expect brand new but expected the screen to have been refurbished as it was scratched”

“Item is acceptable; it did have marks and minor scratches on it. Also, when switched on, the screen has a couple of glow spots that show up on a dark screen. Do not know if they check for this. But price is cheaper than apple”

“Phone is what I expected, no problems there. But never received a charging wire even after I called within an hour of delivery was told one would be sent, it wasn't. Need another phone for my other son will be buying elsewhere next time.”
