Hi Harry, Many thanks for the feedback. We are sorry for the delay but the order was not passed on to us until a few days later due to a technical issue on the marketplace where you purchased it. Can we also please state that there is no option to pay for faster shipping as we offer next day delivery free of charge. Trying to call says he today, as received my new iPhone which I brought through the range arrived in a bubble wrapped bag, no box as the ad said it would, no free lighting fast charger or Sim pin as the ad said all refurbished phones come with free accessories, I can't tell if the phones working or not as it's flat(hopefully), just hope I didn't spend all that money on a dead brick!, I've emailed and called a number of times but no-one is getting back to me

There's so many alternatives for buying refurbished phones so save yourself the problems and go elsewhere. Phone arrived and the speakers at the bottom were full of something and the screen was dirty, I returned it. A week later a 'new' one has arrived (which they said had been cancelled at my request) and the speakers are still full of muck. Also apparently it's my problem to arrange the return of this cancelled phone rather than their courier collecting it.

I ordered a phone for my son on the 30th April, website advised 24hr delivery - still not here. I’ve emailed and called but no reply. Would not recommend to anyone

Phone never turned up and when checked tracking its not even my front door they say they delivered to. Its 2 weeks later and had no phone or no refund and they wont respond to my emails

I purchased iPhone 7 Plus rose gold very disappointed when I received it it had a small chip at the bottom of the phone they explain they sell like new condition ?

Unfortunately I cannot recommend buying a phone from this company. Firstly, my original order (placed before 2pm Friday) did not arrive until the following Tuesday, not next day as advertised. Secondly the phone I received was absolutely not in “excellent” condition - it had scratches and was covered in dirt and grime. I contacted customer service (I did not receive a reply until late the following day) who were very apologetic and offered an upgrade replacement. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off issue and accepted the offer of an upgrade. However after this offer and returning the original phone on a Thursday (paid postage myself so further out of pocket) I did not hear back from customer service until Tuesday. They then dispatched the replacement phone on the Wednesday which I received the next day, but disappointingly the phone would not successfully turn on. When trying to charge the phone it was stuck on the Apple logo loop (defective battery/hardware). Again when contacting customer service they were very apologetic, however at this point I have been without a working phone for 2 weeks during these product issues and I am still awaiting a refund after returning the second replacement phone (although they did pay for the return postage this time). Overall a disappointing experience and I would not recommend
