“Everything was great phone is in a good condition as has been said on the website . The only issue I have that when I was ordering the phone your partner The Range wasn’t able to arrange delivery to Scotland so I had to pay extra and order phone to my friends in England .”

“I ordered a new phone and whilst I know they are refurbished it seems to be in perfect condition, the only issue I have with it is the battery. It doesn’t hold a charge for long so if I’m going out I need to take a power bank with me to keep it topped up. Other than that everything else was brilliant.”

“+ excellent iPhone X - as new. + second phone we have bought from Swycha and we will be back in the future. + easy to order, pay for and took 5 days to arrive. + JP and colleague Tom (I think) were flexible & helpful with my less standard customer service enquiry! - took a few days to initially hear following us completing a ‘contact us’ form & I needed to follow it up to start the process. (Strange answer choices below to “how quick did the company respond to your queries”! It only gives answers in hours OR more than a week. Ticked more than a week as it was days rather than hours). - iPhone 11 is same price new at local apple shop as refurbished with Swycha. (iPhone X however was good price in my opinion)”

“Great Service and very efficient delivery with up-to-date accurate tracking. Was a little disappointed with the handset I ordered had a bit more wear than I was expecting hence the loss of one star.”

“The service and delivery were very good. Unfortunately the battery on the old phone I had was not good and the new one I’ve received from you is worse than my old one, I purchased two phones, one is ok the other one isn’t, having to charge it twice a day. I was expecting one with better battery life.”
