“I was promised that the delivery will be nextday i booked the engineerfor the fitting of the dish and waited all day the delivery never happened. When i contacted your shop i was told that delivery will be on saturday. I was very disappointed because i had to pay the engineer £100for doing . He came from north London to do the job.”

“Excellent customer service over the phone. I simply explained my set-up at home and was ably advised as to which Sat Receiver I should buy. They even fitted the hard drive I bought with the receiver and pre-programmed all the channels for the Satellite of my choice. On top of all that I also saved £50 on the normal price of the unit. Fantastic!”

“Very quick delivery. But missing the patch lead for Satellite finder. Also one nut & bolt missing. The full instructions need to be in pdf format for easier access, having to find an unzip programme for .rar files was a real pain. Product works excellently and is well made.”

“Fast delivery on time, the dish had a dent which was a bit disappointing and wasn't done in transit so perhaps need to send there workers to have there eyes tested”
