“Parcel not delivered. I appreciate Ashley's help in resolving the problem. I was at fault putting the wrong postcode into my eBay account but I have had other parcels delivered without a problem. It might be an advantage if Yodel personal viewed the whole address.”

Hi, We understand that the parcel was not delivered due to the incorrect post code of L22 (Liverpool) instead of LL22 was entered. After discussing this with you we're happy that this will be resolved shortly.

“Lots of useful advise on the site, got everything I needed to set up a system to receive Freesat and German TV for a third of the price specialist installers quote. Following the links and advice on the site I had the lot set up and working in an afternoon. Also answered a question I posted on amazon about my receiver the following day. All round excellent service and website, very happy.”
