“Overall service was very good. Product descriptions were very good and check out was very easy. I was kept informed by email at each stage of the process. Delivery to Ireland took only six days including a weekend . The only downside was i didn't get the dish i ordered. My order was for a 1 metre mesh dish but i received a 1 metre solid dish. It's not a big deal but an explanation would of been nice. \n”

“I wanted a satellite dish that would enable me to continue receiving free-to-air satellite transmissions in the south of France now that these services have been migrated to a different satellite. Delivery to France would have doubled the cost of the dish, so I got it delivered to my sister's home in England, but have yet to get it installed in Nice to check whether it will do the job. Delivery took place exactly as promised so "so far, so good" and only 4 stars as yet...”

“I searched for an LNB and found that SystemSAT had an excellent web page, good prices and they would deliver to Europe - I live in France. The LNB arrived in less than one week and was exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend SystemSAT to others.”

“Product features were as described. Delivery was as promised- for free delivery. Setting up the receiver was a bit fiddly. One area for improvement may be to give more guidance on the purchase of CAM and the appropriate use for subscription channels. The wiring guidance for connecting to the TV needs to be improved. The wiring diagram on Page10 and 13 of the user manual needs a magnifying lens to decipher the words printed. Perhaps this is for the manufacturer- who appears to be local.”
