“I was purchasing accessories and cables for a satellite dish installation. They really have good quality items. For example although the length of the WF100 cable was a little bit longer than 100ft the signal is still at 80% and picture quality is really good! Recommended Seller +++”

“There were no problems with sat company, product good for money well presented and ease of assembly. However the courier service was appalling, which left me frustrated and waiting around for two days longer than necessary and poor update on tracking info, seems that the two depot's, Boreham Wood and other place were not always talking to each other as package got lost in system for two days.. Tracking message stated that the package had left depot but didn't say which leaving idea that it was due to arrive soon..”

“Parcel had wrong house number in the address space, despite the invoice being correct (and data is correct in the account database). Non-delivery card thus went to wrong house, leaving me with no way of contacting courier, except email - but they would only say address I gave didn't correspond to parcel. Further cockups when messages from me to systemsat were ignored, or acted on too late, which meant couriers tried to deliver on day I'd already said was no good for me. Eventually neighbour took parcel in, and I collected the following day. Courier service (Yodel) admittedly given wrong information, but their service poor compared to DPD, which other companies use.”
