“Not a major criticism but it seems to take between 32 and 48 hours for the order to go from received to completed which in today's "need it now" age maybe seen as a disadvantage. Your e-mail on completion was excellent giving details of how I could track the delivery. The City Link site was excellent but the e-mails from DispatchBay.com were less helpful and late e.g. the package was delivered by City Link as detailed on their site between 1400 and 1600 whereas DispatchBay.com say it was delivered at 22:31 in their e-mail at 23:20. Hope this helps?”

“I found the Ebay Ad a bit confusing it stated in red "We do not send to France" which as we now know you do send to France my worry is that you may be losing customers by this addition , I'm only too pleased to have emailed you to find I could buy from abroad.Very quick and efficient service.
