“The product I ordered (king 80cm satellite dish), came with no assembly instructions. ..There was a site I could download them....but when I downloaded it, it couldn't be opened. As I have never used a portable satellite kit before it took some time to work out how to do it...not impressed.”

“Faulty item sent, REFUSED to give me a refund and told me they 'never have a problem' ! If I had sent it back he would have sent a new one and charged a fee! Disgusting service, I was called a liar and listened to someone ramle pointlessly for over 15 minutes. Faulty LNB caused me 5 days of fitting grief !”

“I ordered a Sky-style Zone 2 dish with fixings. It arrived when expected, i.e. very quickly and seems to be of good quality -- well pained to stop rust, though grease will need to be applied to the bolts.\nThere were no instructions but not hard to figure out.\nThere were no wall bolts so you need to provide your own with washers.\nGood service. Would recommend.”
