Customer initially purchased the wrong product, we noticed this and recommended a Humax Freesat Receiver opposed to the regular Freeview Box, Aerial receiption is Not available in Europe. Where Freesat is. As long as you have the correct equipment this Receiver will function with no Issues. We would encourage buyers to contact us if you have any support queries. We have been in contact with buyer and This query will be resolved in due course.

“excellent service-delivery was due in 3/5 days-it was actually 2 days only. Dish appears fine-it will be fitted in France in September so not actually in use-have no reason to think there will be any problem. Highly recommend.”
