“I was uncertain as to what I actually needed, but advice from *** was exceptional; it was understanding; unambiguous and follow up queries were dealt with by return of email within minutes - quite exceptional!!\n24 hours from order to delivery would be hard to beat - what an all round service.\n\n***”

“The order was dispatched efficiently and delivery was fine, quality of goods supplied was good , however \n1) The dish I ordered did not contain the advertised 4X50mm bolts + plugs (I needed 8 for the install so also ordered the 5 bolt set which was sent).\n2) The pole I ordered was stated to be 1.5M x42mm what I actually received was 1.5M x 50MM which would not fit my 45mm max brackets.\n I contacted SystemSat on Saturday via their contacts form, sent successfully it said but its now Thursday and as yet no reply and that is mainly my reason for the 2 stars. \nAs I needed to get the install done I have had to purchase elsewhere bolts/plugs also 4 x2" brackets then elongate the bracket holes with a file so ruining the galvanizing protection. Its a pity all this ruined an otherwise good shopping experience, I also see the pole is still stated as 42mm dia on the web site.”

“My address was questioned and confirmation supplied but once again questioned. Several futher emails from me remained unanswered. Your 0844 phone number was unobtainable from France, and it took a phone call from a UK resident family member to discover that our village was missing from the DHL database you use for address labels. Eventually it was delivered by Fedex.\nI would recommend that you contact DHL to ensure the database you use to generate address labels is up to date and accurate. During the long period between order and delivery we have taken in several parcels for neighbours anongst which were two from UK oranisations with DHL printed labels, so other organisations in UK have our village on their vesions of the DHL database.\nI would also recommend you ensure that emails are reponded to, and customer questions answered. The person my relative spoke to by phone said that the order was waiting for someone to contact them, at this time there were emails remaining, and are still remain unanswered. Then saying you are waiting for a customer to contact your organisation in this circumstance is not pro-active customer satisfaction.\nConsidering I sought to purchase from you company due to the recommendation of a near neighbour in the same village who received prompt delivery of his purchase with no address problems makes the whole event into a bad experience.”

“The supplied dish product was very poor quality. The dish didn't even come stamped with a declination angle scale, making alignment a nightmare.\n\nThe LNB bracket was also broken. One of the nuts was tapped out wrongly in manufacture. I have had to spend more money and time to fix the problem.\n\nThe dish though has been absolutely dreadful to work with. Alignment very difficult without any alignment scale marking.\n\n”
